@bold - Ah, but that's where such conversations among the Somanis come into place... I agree, Vishaka is cold towards him, treats him like a distant relative, but at the same time she wants him to be in the house, because of Nanu.
Watch when Vishaka tells him he needs to adjust and understand Rohan's schedule, she's is sounding almost desperate, pleading with Sameer to understand, as if another event like this and the Somanis will force her to take the decision of sending Sameer to hostel... she has no emotional attachment to him but she knows Sameer is her responsibility and she cannot run away from that anymore... but she needs his cooperation.
He knows that too and he is now mature enough to understand the dynamics that conversation revealed... it reinforced the fact to him that Vishaka wants him to stay, atleast for sometime. But for that he needs to ensure that she can support him, and he will do it for Nanu... this is where all that training at Agarwals', Nanu's upbringing and his new found maturity will come in place... we all know he has now learnt the art of being patient, judging situations and people and thinking of consequences before taking any step.
Also, once he starts communicating with Naina, all these petty things will become inconsequential... his goal will become to get back to her and he will slowly move in that direction. As for dislike towards Vishaka, he also dislikes Rakesh but he manages to tolerate him... after all he has been thru he has no particular attachment to Vishaka anymore, he doesn't expect anything from her, so there's very little scope for disappointment. See his FB when he sees Vishaka and Rohan... all he remembers are him and Nanu... there's no bubbling anger at Vishaka now.
In that conversation daadi taunted on his upbringing, called him bigada because of that... that was an indirect taunt at Nanu, but still he didn't rise to that. He just walked away... again if Sameer has learnt anything from that bet, its to not get into any fights or arguments and he strictly follows that now... so it will be interesting to see how he's able to control when daadi keeps pushing all his wrong buttons.
