Part 21
Sameer parents left for Chandigarh. Naina and her parents went to see off them. Sameer & Naina signed the Hospital deal. They did a small pooja, Naina immediately started with practice in the ground floor (taken on rent for few months) and in parallel first floor renovation was ongoing. There was equal contribution from both the families. Both the families were happy for Sameer & Naina progress.
Naina was getting busier day by day and Sameer was working day and night for his upcoming assignments. They used to hardly find time to meet each other. Whenever Sameer used to get free time he used to straight way walk in the hospital to meet and see Naina. Watching her while she is working was his favorite pass time. He was closely involved in renovation and ensured everything was perfect.
There were rumors all over that Sameer Maheshwari is having an affair, he is spotted usually at Naina's hospital. None of the media person approached him directly. Slowly this was becoming a news. Sameer was aware but didn't disclose anything on social media.
Sameer has to go for outdoor shooting for a week. The work of renovation was almost complete and they day of inauguration was approaching near. Once Naina while entering into her Hospital she was catch hold by media people. They questioned about her and Sameer relationship. She was damn scared and left the place immediately.
In the night, Sameer called her and she informed him about the incident. Sameer was bit angry but immediately said, "You should have said the truth...you very well know I would have supported you...there was nothing to worry & hide. But he understood that its not Naina's cup of tea and said, "I will handle once I am back
He inquired about the hospital and the preparation for the inauguration. The week passed and Sameer too returned in Mumbai. Even Sameer's family was going to fly for inauguration.
Sameer took a week off for planning sine Naina used to get very less time from her hospital and patients. The hospital was well organize with latest equipment's and amenities. All the basic requirements was fulfilled. Naina was personally looking into this department. Finally the day came of inauguration, Naina's parents insisted Sameer to do all Pooja.
Only close relatives from both the families were invited for the function. Sameer was wearing a Red Dhoti, Uparna and Sacred Thread. Naina too was wearing a Red Kanjivaram Saree with a bun and gajra.
Thread cutting ceremony was done by Sameer Grand Parents & Naina's Grand Mother. Grah Pravesh was done by Sameer & Naina's parents. Shanti Pooja and Havan was done by Sameer. Naina was sitting behind him. The couple was looking very cute.
While pooja was going Sameer & Naina father were watching them and sudden thought popped up in there minds.
Sameer fathers said, "they really compliment each other, very cute couple...We never thought Sameer will agree for marriage..but see he found the perfect life partner for himself
Rakesh smiled and said, "I would have made some good deeds so that God had blessed with me with such a loving and caring family and Sameer as my Son in Law.
The thought came in to there mind that they both should tie knot soon. They immediately called Smita & Vishakha and shared whats going in there mind. They all were very happy and said we should speak with pandit if there is any date. There Naina & Sameer were totally unaware whats going in there parents mind. They both were doing pooja wholeheartedly as this was very important to them.
Finally Pooja was ended, they both bent down to take ashirwaad from Pandit, while getting up there heads banged to each other heads. Sameer smiled and winked looking at her and she just nodded her head with smile. Panditji left from the place giving them blessings. Sameer came near to Naina and said
Congratulation Dr. Naina Patwardhan...aaj tumhe Mrs. Maheshwari bulane ka mann kar raha hai...hum Mr & Mrs. Maheshwari jaise hi lag rahe hai aaj...you skin is glowing in Red Saree and he immediately tucked her hair strands beside her ears and said this gajra is adding to your beauty. Very good choice.
Naina: ho gaya ... ab chale badho ka Aashirwaad lene
Sameer & Naina took blessings from all elders.
Sameer sensed some chaos between elders, they all were surrounding pandit ji. Sameer asked Vishakha whats going on. Vishakha replied tumhari aur Naina ki Shadi ke liye muhrat dekh rahe hai. Sameer said, "ok and Naina said, "Kya ok. Sameer then realized and went behind Vishakha, "Mummy abhi kar lete hai kya?. Naina was more furious on him.
Finally, panditji said there are good muhurats next month.
They decided to speak with Sameer & Naina later and come to conclusion.
Pooja & lunch was done. Sameer changed into Kurta Payjama & went near Naina. She was busy with guest.
He took her aside and said, "I want to share something with you
Naina said, "Bolo...kuch ab bhi baki hai??
Sameer further said, "Mere saath chalogi?
Naina said, "Sab hai yaha, hum aise kaise jayenge
Sameer said, "woh mein sambhal lunga, tum baas chalo
Naina said, "Acha tum ruko mein change karke aati hoon" and she turned.
Sameer immediately hold her hand, took it near to his chest and said, "Nahi..aise hi chalo.
Naina blushed and said, "Tum pagal ho
Sameer said, "Woh toh mein hoon...ab chalo
He went near Vishakha who was speaking with Naina's Mom and informed both of them that they are going out and he will drop Naina at home later and they both left. He was holding her hand and took her near tro the car. He opened the door for her and said, "have a seat Mrs. Maheshwari.
He closed the door and began to drive. Naina was restless as road was not familiar to her. She was continuously asking, "Hum kaha ja rahe hai and he was just smiling. Finally they reached near Sameer's new house. Naina was again asking him, "Ye kaha aagaye hum. He again smiled and no response. He just hold her hand and press the 18th floor in lift. He kissed her hand. Naina was clueless what he is up to.
Finally they reached 18th floor. He took out the keys and open the door of his new house and stated "Humara naya ghar. Naina was shocked to listen this and she just stood quietly looking at him. She was speechless.
Sameer said, "Naina...Naina...chale andar...apna right leg andar rakhna pehle
She just followed the instructions from Sameer and was continuously looking at his face. They both stepped in to there new house. Sameer was showing her each and every room. He was continuously speaking holding her hand, taking her to each and every room...this is living room, this is kitchen, guest room...and finally there bedroom. But Naina was not in senses and she was just looking at Sameer's face. Her tears started trickling down, there was a immense happiness on her face.
Sameer finally stopped and turned towards her. He was surprised to see tears in Naina's eyes. He took her face in his hand, wiped her tears with his thumbs and hugged her tightly. Naina too hugged him tightly and she was not ready to leave him.
Sameer asked, "Kaisa laga tumhe tumhara naya ghar..there was no response from her...she was still crying...her happy tears were not ready to stop.
Sameer again said, "Naina...yaar mein tumhe yaha rone ke liye nahi leke aaya hoon...ye apna ghar hai jaha pe hum shadi ke baad rahenge...kuch toh bolo Naina
She was hugging him still tightly...he kissed her head and again asked, "Naina...kuch toh bolo...kaise laga
Naina finally said, "bohot pyara hai...sundar hai
Sameer further said, "Sundar toh tab hoga jab tum isse apne haathoon se sajaogi...tum sajoogi na Naina?
Naina nodded her head and said, "I promise then she just lift her head and said, "tumne ye sab kab kiya..when did you buy this...kitna load hua hoga...you supported me in Hospital too
Sameer just closed her lips with his finger and said, "shhh...sab manage ho gaya. He took her to living room which has attached big balcony. Sameer sat on the sliding's and Naina one step below. Sameer wrapped her in his arms holding her hands. His face was touching Naina's neck. He further said in her ears, "Can I ask for something?
Naina nodded her head and said, "hmm
Sameer, "Shadi kar le?
Naina immediately turned her face towards him and said, "Sameer are you serious...I thought we will wait for sometime
Sameer, "Haan Naina initially even I was thinking the same..but ab nahi hota...I cant stay with you...I just want to be with you...I want my day should start and end with you...nothing else...ghar mein akela pan khaye jaata hai. I know there are lots of responsibilities on your shoulders...hospital...new family & getting married will be another one. But trust me...we both will manage...we will together cross this as well. No one will stop you for your duties for your profession...I know being an doctor your priority will be your patients our hospital...but this will never come in between of our relationship...you take your time and let me know your decision
Naina took his hand in his hand and replied, "I am ok with it...no need to think on this...if you are so sure about it..I dont want to think on this...tum jaha bologe waha mein aa jaongi...I love you Sameer ...Thanks for coming into my life
Sameer face was lighten up with Naina's answer. They both were looking into each other eyes. Sameer was holding Naina's face in his hand. He slowly started moving his thumb on Naina's lips. Naina was not able to control and she just closed her eyes. Sameer kissed her forehead, her nose, her cheeks, her chin and took his lips near her lips and waited for a second. Naina opened her eyes and looked into his eyes...she just smiled and blinked her eyes signaling him I am ready for it and again closed her eyes. Sameer understood and placed his lips on her lips and kissed her deeply. After few minutes they both stopped and opened there eyes. There was a beautiful smile on there faces.
Naina stood up in a shy and ran to the kitchen. Sameer immediately followed her with his smiling face.
She was standing touching the platform & said, "kitchen kaafi bada aur spacious hai
Sameer caged her holding the platform and said, "Naina ji aap bhaag ke kyun aayi?
Naina covered her face with her hands. Sameer removed her hands and her eyes were closed..she was breathing faster. He kissed her forehead and said, "Meri Naina and tightly hugged her and said, "I love you Naina & I cant live with you now...I really cant
Naina replied, "I love you too Sameer and even I cant live without you...hum Mummy Papa se aaj hi baat kar lenge...but my only request is marriage should be very simple and in the presence of very closed family members
Sameer smiled and replied, "hmm and hugged her tightly. He called Naina's parents and asked them to visit his place.
Naina & Sameer both left for Sameers home. Everyone was present over there. Sameer & Naina both stood in front of the family members and said, "We want to get married soon & this is our mutual decision
Everyone were quiet but suddenly there was a blast after listening to this as they all were waiting for this only.
Rakesh & Sameers father shared the talks they had with Panditji and told everyone that there are couple of dates in next month.
Sameer further said that they don't want high profile marriage but a very simple one. Listening to this Rakesh was very upset, as he has seen lot of dreams for Naina's marriage as she was the only girl child. But then he finally agreed when Naina spoke to him.
It was finally decided marriage will take place in next month at Alibaug beech facing house with immediate family members.
