Part 9
It was afternoon and Naina was busy in OPD, her phone rang and the name flashing was Sameer. Since Naina was busy with patient, she disconnected the call. She called Sameer after her OPD but Sameer was busy in shoot and did not responded to call. Naina dropped the message apologizing for not picking the call. Sameer checked his phone in the night when he was back from the shoot and was thinking whether to message Naina at late night. However, he listened to his heart and WhatsApp her. Within a fraction of seconds, he received the response. He asked whether he could give a call, immediately he received the call from Naina. Both were very much eager to speak with each other.
Naina started with conversation, "How are you? When did you returned? How is Preeti & Rohan? Ghar maine sab kaise hai?...blahh blahhh. Sameer was listening then he interrupted her and asked, "itne sawaal the toh call kyun nahi kiya. Naina was not able to reply him she kept quiet.
Sameer continued, "I came back in the last week, however was busy in my film which is going to get release in next month...lot of work and I am equally tense...what will happen..will it be accepted by audience or not...don't know...anyways he further continued and asked can we meet tomorrow..need to handover something...Bhabhi sent something for you? Let's catch up. Naina responded, "fine...we can meet for dinner. Sameer replied, "Ok...I will pick you up from Hospital at 8.00 pm
It was 8.00 pm and Sameer was at hospital to pick Naina for dinner. He was in Black T-shirt & jeans, was waiting for Naina. He saw Naina coming towards him, she too was wearing black chudidar with red dupatta and matching earing's and her chashma. Both were eager to meet each other. There was a broad smile on both of their faces, seeing each other after long time.
Sameer initiated handshake and then open the car door, she sat and they headed towards hotel. Naina inquired about Preeti, Rohan and his family while heading towards hotel. Both were quiet and were confused what to speak.
After reaching hotel Sameer said, "mujhe toh bahut bhook lagi hai, I didn't had proper lunch, maine toh jamke chicken khaunga...Naina was pure vegetarian and after listening to Sameer talks she was speechless what to say. Sameer was super excited and said, "kya order karey? Chicken soup, Butter chicken...mere toh mooh maine pani aa rahe...tumhe pata hai Naina, maine chicken khaye bina nahi reh sakta ...I can eat chicken...I can drink chicken...I love chicken. Toh bolo jaldi kya order karu...I am dying with hunger
Naina was confused but she slowly said, "I am pure vegetarian, maine chicken ko dekh bhi nahi sakti, khana toh durr ki baat hai...I am really sorry Sameer tum apne liye order kardo chicken...I will order Dal khichdi for myself...Sameer was stumped and replied, "look I can't settle on dal Khichdi...what I can do I will replace chicken with Paneer. Naina was not happy with this and she insisted Sameer to continue with chicken but Sameer refused and placed the order.
Both were waiting for the order and was confused what to speak. Naina initiated, "Shaadi ke photos aagaye? Rohan Preeti kaise hai? Sameer just pulled the chair near to Naina to show her photos. The gallery was only filled with Sameer, Rohan & Preeti photos, there were only couple of photos of Naina. Then Naina said, "is maine toh mere photos hi nahi hai, there were many which were clicked by you and that photographer...please mujhe woh chahiye...Sameer replied, "haan usne bheje the bahot sare photos tumhare but due to space issues I deleted. Naina's face immediately dropped and there was a mischievous smile on Sameer's face. Meanwhile waiter served the plates and food.
Naina said sorry to Sameer that because of her he has to eat Paneer, Sameer replied, "kabhi kabhi veg khana sehat ke liye accha hota hai. Naina then asked about Sameer's film, Sameer replied, "next month it is going to release, I am worried, excited and equally nervous; really don't know whether audience will accept me. Naina replied, they surely will and your film will be successful, I will pray to god for its huge success
They finished their dinner and ordered for ice-cream, both blurted Anjeer, they smiled, looked at each other and said, tumhe bhi
Sameer paid the bill and they both left and while driving back home they were listening to FM and the song playing was "Jab koi baat bigad jaaye, Jab koi mushkil padh jaaye tum dena saath mera... Naina said this is my favourite song, don't you like it. Sameer replied, "song is good, but in reality no one supports except your family...you have to fight your own battles. Naina replied, "No...I don't agree...there will be one special person who will stand with you in our thick and thin situation...he or she will become your strength when you become weak and shall pull you up
Sameer smiled and said, "Chashmish tum toh haath dhoke peeche hi padh gayi. Naina grined and asked, "tum mujhe chashmish kyun bulate ho hamesha. Sameer, "Kyunki tum chasmish ho and mujhe acha lagta hai...sab log tumhe Naina bulate honge...tumhara dost hoon toh kuch alag hona chahiye na
Naina asked Sameer, "Tum rishto maine believe nahi karte? Sameer replied, "karta hoon, but in this world of glamour every one use each other as a ladder to climb the path of success, they play dirty games to pull each other down...anyways ye sab chodo tumhara ghar aagaya
Naina & Sameer stepped down from the car...Naina said bye to Sameer and started walking towards her building...Sameer called her, "chashmish...bye...good night and Naina asked him to message her once he reach back home.
Naina was trying to sleep but was eagerly waiting for Sameer's message that he reached safely. One hour was already pass, but there was no message. It was 12.30 in the night, Naina was hesitant to message him but was equally worried. she was not able to sleep, hence she messaged him on whats app. Within a fraction of second Sameer replied. Naina immediately called him and started, "maine kaha tha na tumse, message me once you reach home, I was worried, it was already late...Sameer laughed and said, "Sorry chashmish main bhool hi gaya and I usually travel late so please don't worry...you still didn't sleep? Naina replied, "I just completed writing my diary for today and was waiting for your call
Sameer asked Naina, "So writing Diary is your hobby? Naina replied, "Yes and she is my best friend who safely keeps my all secrets further Sameer continued, what if someone reads it? Naina replied, "no one touches my diaries and they all are safe at my home with me and further asked Sameer what are his hobbies
Sameer was speechless and started thinking what his hobbies are and replied, "Net surfing, late night parties & shopping with friends, and then he kept quiet. Naina further asked him are these you hobbies. Sameer kept quiet and then he replied actually I like to go for long drives listening to music and I like painting too, but I forgot when I did this last time..I really don't get time for this now a days. Naina replied, "You should take time out for this for your peace of mind...try this once. Sameer said, "chashmish tu phir se shuru ho gayi...by the way none of my girlfriends had asked me this question Naina replied, "Ohhh...toh aapki girlfriends bhi hai...waise kitni hai. Sameer started counting and said, "ek do kafhi close hain..baki sab normal friends...Naina asked him to stop and said, "main samaj gayi...toh tum finally settle kis ke sath honge unme se?
Sameer laughed loudly and said, "kisi se saath bhi nahi rather kabhi nahi...maine akela hi thik hoon...I don't want to commit or get into relationship...girlfriends, wife bahut demanding hoti hai...starting maine sab thik hota hai and then later problem starts. Waise bhi mujhe aaj tak koi mili nahi jaha maine lifelong ruk saku...by the way tumhare kitne boy friends hai?
Naina replied 2...Sameer replied, "waah mere sheer Naina said, "ruko koi assumption karne se pehle naam sunlo, Rishi & Papa and I can't trust boys because of the incident happened with my close friend
Sameer replied, "Ye sahi hai...I think teri meri bahot jamne wali hai Naina said, "Ok chaloo...rakhti hoon...I am feeling sleepy...Good Night...bye Sameer replied, "Ok bye...good night
After few minutes there were 7...8 messages on Naina's whats app...Naina checked and she saw that Sameer had sent her beautiful photos from marriage...Naina replied him, "you said that you deleted due to space issue Sameer replied, "I said that aise hi, to see your reaction and you were about to cry...shukar hai Paneer ne bacha liya with smilies. Naina replied with angry emoticon and went to sleep
