That girl in whose sangeet Shefali was dancing was the one for whom a neighbour had come in the initial episodes and wanted Naina to write some invitation card or something related to her wedding alliance and Naina wrote her and Sameer's name by mistake 😊

That girl is Megha also referred to a Megha Ben (gujju style). she is the girl whose wedding card Naina was asked to write towards the beginning of the show and Naina writes Naina sang Sameer'
