Naina has immense trust on Sameer so i don't think that she will believe about the bet thing initially...Then am sure that she will remember that library incident during the birthday manana time...that time the bet wala boys were asking scissors to rakesh sir and said that they want to cut hair...So Naina will most probably remember that incident and would confirm that from such a long time Sameer and whole boys gang were making a fool out of her...poor thing...how will she react...

It's not about heart break n about sameer but I guess with this incident she herself will believe that she is a behenji n no boy will love her after all she is 16-17.I dobut if bet gets fulfilled then himmat or sharat vale boys would reveal her every thing from sam babu's B-Day onwards what all Sam actions were. She would literally get broke down. I think this would be big insult for any girl getting teased becooz of looks. After all she don't deserve this.Even though she dint have a proper family she was happy with her frnds, studies n with her family members but now she is only happy with sam.Aftet bet completion she may hate Sam but it only hurts her 😭

She trusts him a lot more than she trusts herself...but she'll have to believe...I think she'll start relating his changed behaviour after that library key incident and then all the events would connect and she would realise that this is the truth
