They're killing it! Its such a joy to watch all the various characters and personalities and it reminds me of my school days😭...time flies
Anyway here's things I loved from today's episode, this is becoming a thing now because the episodes just seem to be getting better with every coming day!

  • Preetis casual remark about her being thankful that Naina has used less oil otherwise it would feel like as if she is going to school with a tin of oil😃
  • Sameer's persistence as he 1st stops to speak to her in the street and follows Naina on his bike and when he stops a little in front of her seems to be reading her reaction as if in expectation of her to acknowledge him. which he does as he later tells his friends he saw less hate in her eyes..
  • Sameer and his friends camaraderie are growing on me by the day although they can be quite mean sometimes there is a innocence in it, its not outright nasty, just boys being boys.
  • When he fearlessly walks up to Naina, gives her that prolonged stare again and the song from Dil plays. Then what he says about Naina to Swati and Swati doesnt really dignify his question with an answer just says his name in disbelief (she's a true friend who though may crush on him, wont tolerate any negativity toward her friend).
  • 'hey Devi hum laaye hain'😆 Samee'rs friends mockingly doing puja to Naina with their books
  • Sameer pulling up his collar mistaken into thinking he had Naina's pity and she calls out his name last- a real slap in the face.
  • Naina flinching each time Sameer receives the slap on his hand and is made to face the wall with arms raised, the expressions he gives are kind of heart wrenching and you just know he's absorbing all that spite channelling it toward her through his schemes for revenge
  • He still insistent on getting Naina while his friends feel he should give up all because something in her eyes tell him that she likes him..
  • The auditions! Best one being bunty aka 'samosa's part- oh meri juliet, tumhare gulab jamun kis chasni..' 🤣 Then Preeti's scene where she'd rather do a madhuri type role instead and throws her paper in the air was cute. Swati being cheered on by those boys and then goes on to give a sweet performance as Juliet. Then Naina seeing Sameer dreamily glide toward her, which heightens her dialogue delivery, her voice becomes notably softer as she sees him through her daydream
  • Finally Romeo aka Sameer actually enters with his mates, cue wind blowing thorough hair, the romantic background theme music, his confident stance...

With Sameer's bet every scene has got a magical touch of romance. My god!the way he walked up to Naina in classroom I felt like blushing. Our boy is out not only to make Naina confess but burn and drown her with his romantic tactics. And that punishment scene.Loved how Naina made sure he gets punishment for every wrong doing.Yes! That's should be the attitude of Head discipline monitor. It would have been unfair for other students if Naina would not have told his name. And that Juliet auditions, loved how they show variety of students coming to give auditions.Preeti's one was cute and Swati's sweet but Naina's one was outright dreamy.I would have loved if instead of showing Sameer gliding towards her they could have shown flashbacks. That could have made a better effect. And yes!at the end Romeo entering with all sorts of fan and fare. 😆

I agree it shouldve been flashback s as the impact of him entering in the last scene wouldve been much greater.

Though I enjoyed today's episode, there were a couple of things I thought were off. Naina seeing Sameer while saying Juliet's lines just didn't seem to have been shot that well. I agree that showing a flashback would have been more effective.

Also, I don't know if it's just me, but the title song of the show doesn't have as much impact as the other background songs they use from the 80's and 90's. Maybe I just haven't heard it enough and it will grow on me after more hearings.

The look on Sameer's face when he walks up to Naina in the classroom and "Hum Pyar Karnewale" plays...I'm sure it was difficult for Naina to ignore that! But it was interesting to see her "mixed feelings" as she herself says. Absolutely loved "Jab hum jawan honge" when Naina is having a hard time seeing Sameer get punished. One of my favorite childhood songs, so my opinion might be a little biased!
