In a office, if an employee gets preferential treatment of doing work whenever he feels like and is allowed to engage in his other commitments bunking office work, his colleagues will not like it. If their relationships are too strong then they would tolerate this for few weeks or a month. After that they will speak up. If still the boss gives the employee this preferential treatment, then the will try to imitate the employee too. They will think why should work our asses off while the other guy having fun of his life doing whatever he wants. We should do that too.

Off late there are lots BDs from YHM cast. Ppl here asked me why I am silent. Guess you know the answer now. You can't except sanity at a work place while fraudulent practice like BD saga goes on and on for months.
