4 YEARS LATER
Raman was sitting in his room with his laptop, surrounded by many files. He was looking all confused, chewing the tip of his pen while reading something from his laptop and scratched the back of his neck.
The messed up hair, few open buttons and an adorable angry pout was making him all cute. Now she knew where her daughter had inherited her cuteness from.
She smiled seeing her husband immersed in his work and cleared her throat trying to make him know her presence. But alas her Ravan Kumar was so much involved in his work even notice the presence of his beloved.
This didn't go well with Ishita Bhalla, she hated the fact that her husband ignored her because of his work. It woke the Jhansi ki rani inside her.
She stormed towards him, and stood in front of him with her hands in her hips and let out an exasperated breath making him aware of his angry bird.
She was standing exactly like his daughter when she is angry, and he thought how much alike his wife and daughter are. He smiled sheepishly and diverted his concentration back to his work in hand.
Ishita snatched the laptop from him and sat on his lap with an angry pout making him smile while she was busy in drawing circles on his chest.
"Ishii...", he spoke rubbing his lips over the nape of her neck.
"Hmm", she hummed trying hard to suppress the moan.
"Ishii..", he again called her running her fingers over her lips teasing her.
"Hmm", she again moaned a hmm.
"Ishii..", this time his hands where busy caressing her waist inside her kurti.
"Kya hai Raman..?", she managed to find her words this time.
He pulled her closer to him, his breath fanning her face, hands inside her kurti caressing her tummy. She felt her legs turning into jelly, she tightened her hold on her husband's shoulder, and hugged him tight. His face hid in her hair, nuzzling her neck.
"Raamaann..", a moan escaped her lips unknown to herself.
Suddenly she missed his warmth, her husband pulled himself back and made her sit on the bed making her pout.
"Kya hai Raman..?", asked an annoyed Ishita
"Madam dekho..", he said showing the deck of files around him, "aur madam ko abh romance soojh rahi hai"
"Raman.. office ka kaam office mein karo naa.. why are you bringing it home??", asked Ishita with an angry pout.
"Oh hello Jhansi Ki Rani.. ye sab tumhari kiya dhara hai..", Raman said annoyed at being questioned.
"Huh.. meine kya kiya.?", Ishu asked being confused.
"Ye pucho ki tumne kya nahi kiya.. tum mujhse har kaam karwathi ho.. ye dekhkar tumhari beti bhi wahi kar rahi hai..", Raman said with an adorable cute pout.
"Matlab", Ishu asked.
"Ye Jhansi Ki Rani number 2 ki science project hai.. she have to submit it tomorrow.. aur madam ko abh yaad aa rahi hai.. and see it's me who have to suffer..", Raman whined making Ishita breaking into fits of laughter.
"Aur Ruhi kahan hai.,", Ishu managed to ask between her laughter.
"Kahan hogii?? Meri neendh udakar woh khud so rahi hogii..", he again whined like a baby.
Ishita again laughed at her whining baby hubby and ruffled his hair.
"Are you done with your laughing session..?? Now come and help me..", Raman said getting irritated.
With that both mumma bear and daddy bear were involved in completing their lil cub's science project. They completed it by almost 11.30 in night, Raman let out his deep breath of relief.
"Thank god ye hogaya.. abh mein aaram se so saktha hum", Raman said happily stretching out his arms getting up from the bed.
Ishu smiled at him and began clearing the bed, arranging all the files and papers.
"Jaan.. you go and change, I will get the bed done..", Raman said pushing his wife inside the washroom.
After finishing all their chores both husband and wife headed to their baby girl's room. A smile adored their lips seeing their baby girl sleeping with all her dolls around her, with a little drool coming out of her slightly parted rosebud lips. She is their angel, a true angel who gifted them all their happiness back, who gifted them a parenthood as well as their parents back.
Ishu rested her head on her husband's chest watching the even breath of her Rooh. She knew she was complete, a complete woman, and she needed nothing more.
Raman went near Ruhi, covered her with her pink blanket while Ishu adjusted the AC temperature. Both kissed their daughter's warm forehead and retired back to their room with a content smile.
After Iyer's accepted them wholeheartedly, IshRaRu shifted to Chennai. It was Raman's idea, he felt it is important to have the presence of someone elder in a family for a balanced life. They bought an apartment near to Iyers and settled in. Vandu visited them often along with Appa and Amma, but Bala was still hesitant.
It was Raman who made Ishu and Bala meet. Ishu apologised to her Jeeju, Bala was little apprehensive but still could help but forgive Ishita, after all he had always considered her as his first born. All thanked Raman for uniting their family back, but Raman apologised to everyone for being the reason for breaking their beautiful family.
Life was smooth after that, it had a few hardships but as a family they handled it well and reached this position where they are now.
NEXT MORNING
Ishu was running behind her naughty daughter trying to make her have her breakfast, but the little nautanki was busy throwing tantrums.
"Ruhii.. have your breakfast, nahi toh I will give all yours toys to Shravu Anna..", Ishita blackmailed her daughter.
Ruhi pouted and had her breakfast making faces.
"Kya yaar madrasan.. why are you blackmailing my princess.?", spoke the protective papa coming out his room ready for the day.
"Raman please make your daughter eat.. I'm getting late for my clinic..", Ishu said irritatingly.
Raman fed his princess and made her ready for the her school. Soon Ishu too came down ready for her clinic.
Soon the trio left their paradise, hand in hand for another day, to make some beautiful memories that they could cherish forever.
They entered the car, Raman was about to start when Ishu stopped him.
"Raman.. Raman.. stop!!", Ishita literally shouted.
"Kya yaar..?", Raman spoke irritated.
"Ruhi ki science project..", Ishu said in a tone.
All face palmed hearing this as this is usual that Ishita forgets something and then rush inside to get it.
"Go get it fast, I will get the car out..", Raman said with a smile
Ishu nodded her head and rushed to get her daughter's project.
This is their life, a life that they made with their love and they were happy and proud of it.
