On that note, I was always against seeing these kids behaving all bossy with their more experienced staff just because they were Bhalla heirs. Adi and Ruhi got their positions in the company since day one and hence they don't value it at all n hence always need Raman to make them realise its not their company but they are only working for him in his company. No person should get the senior positions just because they are kids or relatives of the boss...everyone needs to be trained just like a trainee. Things must have changed a lot in these 4-5 years n since Aliya has lost the touch, she needs to start as a trainee again, that part was really true.
I remember the scene when Raman had taken Romi to his office for the first time. That scene will remain one of my favourites forever...just because of the way Raman had instructed Subbu "He is not my brother, he is just a trainee...usse waise he train karo jaise baki saare trainees ko train karte ho, no leniency at all" and the way he had warned Romi 'Tujhe kya laga tujhe sab paka pakaya mil jaega? mehnat kar toh pata chalega paise kaise kamaate hain. Wo rahi teri khursi, wo raha tera boss...uski ek complaint n u have had it!" Even later when once Romi had made some mistake in his financial reports, he had clearly told Romi on his face "Iss company mein tu mera bhai baad mein hai, pehle employee hai...aur teri haisiyat inn sab se kai neeche hai, aukaad mat bhulna apni. Pagaar pe rakha hai, company tumhare baap ki nahi hai!" What a meaningful scene man...that was the RKB n that's how were his principles. N KP...what swag man, that scene gives me goosebumps everytime I watch it. Romi has never got anything just because he was Raman's brother, he has learned everything as a trainee n later has built his own business without Raman's shelter...n so he very well knows the value of n his place in Raman's business. He could have rightfully fought for his rights when Raman handed over the business to Param, but this guy knows its Raman's company in the end n not a family business because he is trained like that n so he never bosses around anyone. Adi Ruhi should have been treated the same way by Raman since the beginning...toh ab unhe ek he cheez baar baar yaad dilane ki naubat nahi aati.
Aliya is one grounded n adjusting girl n hence she accepted what Adi said, n ignoring Adi's bad intention to insult her behind this, I have loved the fact that Aliya is not getting anything just because company uske baap ki hai...quite literally😉 Feel bad for Aliya though for the way Adi is behaving like a jerk with her!
Well said. Yes, what Adi said was perfectly valid, but his intentions, the tone, the place where he said all that made him a insensitive jerk🥱. But it is good that Alia is not giving in to his tantrums and still humble, flexible and firm in her decision. I am liking this girl more post Budapest. She has lot of empathy, care and love for everyone in the family, unlike the pendulum Chuhi and Adi😡🥱. But then how long would this girl also take in such insults and avoiding? She would have a limit that would be breached, because she is not the Female lead😆. At that point, Adi would have lost her in life and it would be difficult for him to win her back🤔.
@bold - Exactly. That is one thing I have always loved and admired in RKB. Even yesterday, when Venkatesh was late, Raman was concerned for him and asked if he is need of any help from the company, as they are more a family to him first. Raman has always treated his employees with respect and care and never compromised on his values, professional ethics and the aspect of making things easy, just because Romi or even Adi for that matter is his brother or son. Adi also had to take lot of efforts to prove himself and earn a name in the company. For that matter Mihir too did not make it to be the CEO easily. Even for Alia earlier, Mihir wanted to employ her for her skills and capabilities and not because she is Mani's daughter. It is only Ruhi who emerged out of the blue and IshRa were shown to be pampering and agreeing to anything that daadi maa does and says🥱. But as you said, when Raman got back after Vandu's death and got to know of Ruhi's drunk nauntanki, he slapped Adi and warned Ruhi not to dare misuse the rights they enjoy in the company and be aware of their responsibilities as employees of the company. Whenever Ruhi or Adi tried to act smart and were egoistic, boasting about their place in the company, he showed them their place,at times warning them or at times being blunt on their face, though Ishita had problems with that in few occasions. That is the fact and they better learn and act according to it, rather than thinking too much of themselves and insulting everyone.
These are the things that sets RKB apart from the regular boring bechare Male Leads of telly wood😆 and KP effortlessly adds his own swag, style, authority and attitude in to this character, making RKB so classy and suave. 😛. ok, let me start my gushing...😳😆
