Stop your hearts for hours?😲😲. As far as I know, it is quite impossible. You cannot stop the heart from working, unless in case of bypass or open-heart surgeries where you have a heart lung machine in place which takes over the functionality of the heart & lungs during the period and later heart beat is restored and heart lung machine is removed.

True, i think dt didn't got the information that taklu is going to telecast the promo,so,she is telling the same thing that PH make her swallow😆.There was a time when the rumors of kp quitting arise at that time he made a comment the show must go on & show is greater than RKB it will be my favorite role forever like that ...it cause a high troll in social media the same thing is happening here now it's dt instead of kp 🥱they are showing divan connection here too🤪 .They can make comment for their satisfaction,the people who want to make a fool of them self can troll them(but i will say because of that troll we got this promo in the name of clarification)we will follow what is reality & that is in our front in the form of promo😛The only confusion was is they going to show any shanaya track or reincarnation but after seeing the promo that too got cleared😛

In BT world anything is possible..did you see the promo priya...its super dramatic and super painful..i just saw it...i mean Raman actually climbing up on the pyre and removing the logs while the family is pulling him away......CVs are cruel...both to the audeinces and a man who apprently has not yet recovered from a previous breakdown
And it doesnt look like a promo to me 😕😕...looks like the real deal😕

DT in btdd interview she said it's in Hollywood style they show it in Hollywood movies & it's real also there is medicine stop heart for hours but it's under experiment

No ma. Yet to watch. Just read the SBS update. I know it is going to be OTT, but extremely painful to watch - both the funeral and Raman's state and KP would make it even more difficult to watch.😔

Same thought's this will be the actual scene too.May be param will have given ishita some injection but i don't think they will show as it will stop the working of heart like that,because the illiterate people also know if heartbeats stop we can't live🤪May be somehow it can be slow poison which make the body temperature lessen with time & the doofus bhalla iyer clan will not double check too🥱may be param would have knowingly tried to do all these in raman's absence🥱That will be the reason ,the poor guy is coming running from wherever he was to protect his wife🥱
