Raman who was hugging ishita so tightly in his wrap with all his emotion feeling love which he keep in his heart all was coming out in his tears of joys ... he felt his life has come back again ... he was so overwhelm n melt on seeing his madrassen back to him " You return to me , see matarani could not separate us finally she send you back to me , you dont know how much i have been missing there was no a day which i did not miss you , our love is infinite cant know how deep it is , my love pull you back to me , you know our shravu how much he has been missing you , he share every thing with you our heart recognize us , how to told you how im feeling right now ishita i love you so much , now i wont leave alone for a second , even our heart beating are same speed " he put her palm over his heart to feel how its beat in same speed as his was talking without realizing his wife ishita is dead .

Ishita was letting her carry away with her heart with moist eyes she put her hand on his " I wont leave you n shravu again , i promise you ok now lets go home " she show him smile on holding his hand she felt a current pass thru her heart .
Raman agree n stand then both walk raman hold her hand until car ... she make him sit beside driver seat n she sit on driver sit , now where to go she dong even know where he live then she know raman mind was not totally stable so ask him where to drive where to go ... raman told her address which she drive ... raman ask her lots of quest why she leave where she was till now ... she just said she wanted to see if he could manage shravu when she wont be around him ... he believe in her talk ... finally she reach bhalla's house but on seeing raman condition she prefer to drop him till his doorway ... she press bell n told raman she will just come n leave him there .
Her heart start beating fastest when she was being far from raman ... she could not understand what n why she get so fastest heart beating since she enter delhi n even in mall then on seeing raman on that cliff now after leaving him ... she was unable to arrange the missing puzzle around her .
Raman who enter inside house he shout every one in excited n ask to remove garland on ishita photo frame ... toshi amma n both fathers was shocked on his talk n ask why he' s behaving strangely ... he said he just met ishita she came back for him n she drop her home ... others did not saw ishita n said there is no one else than them ... he told them how he met ishita ... which they got become confused n thought its can be his illusion ... shravu join his papa n said he too met her mama n even gift her ... raman ask where he met her ... he told him in mall ... ravan hug on saying she is back for them .
Amma n toshi felt both son n father are missing ishita a lots so they are seeing her every where as its a fact once we die we cant be alive again its not possible ... but there must be something also as both said the saw her n talk to her .
Other side ishita reach her home n went directly in her room she sat on coach on holding her head due of headache n her heart problem ... one side she was out of controling her heart which she felt pain for leaving raman whom she never met before ... in all confusing mind she shout loudly to remove all her frustration which she was having .
Ishita talk to herself " Why i did came back ? , who is that man who call me ishita n even that he know im madrasen , the way he was talking like he know me since long times , n why he said i came back from dead , what does he meant by that , how i felt so connected to him , he said a boy name yes shravu when i heard he's name my heart was beaten fastest why ? What connection i do have with them as till now im sure i never met them before nor they are from family then how can he know so well on me , ok name i agree any body can have same name , but without knowing other one how some one can guess it correctly n since long times i was abroad only two days since i came back then how that possible , ishita you will go mad on thinking on it better lets forget what happen today , what a mothers day it was first the kid then that man oh god " saying so she was about to lie on coach n she saw herself in mirror its then where she realize what happen n why ... all her confusion got clear once staring herself so deeply n touch her face .

Wedding day of ishita subramaniyam with abhimanu raghav the wedding was all finish as its was tamil wed its done early in the morning ... ishita parents they could not attend wed due of her father sudden illness ... bala ishita elder brother done every then he went to Uk for his father ... that same day while ishita n her hubby was going toward there house after wedding done ... both was so happy as they were lover n finally are ties in a relationship ... both was planing of there honeymoon trip ... she was resting her head on abhi shoulder ... suddenly a big truck with all irons n woods crash with there car n all irons n woods fall over car n most on her face n destroy her face completely ... abhi lost conscious when he wake up they were in hospital ... he ask for ishita n got shocked after hearing doctor saying him how she lost her look now n she wont be same as all her figure was damage n even her heart got a hole which cant be operate her life was almost in critical state if she will survive but with lots of defect on face ... on hearing this he when to see her but on seeing her wouden damage face he shout n leave from there ... later he found out there is no treatment for her ... he broke all ties with ishita on saying he cant stay with an ugly face whom people may laugh at him n leave ishita all alone there ... now when her parents got that news they died due of shocked ... bala was all broken on his lost after complete all last rites of his parents after three days he was trying to come back delhi but could not as something was being wall to let him reach on time to his sister who needed him most ... ishita with broken heart lost all hope to live she wanted to die she cries on her condition n how her hubby left her just after there wedding .
After one day ishita heart start to beat slowly ... ishita who just wanted to die to not face people with her looks which make people scared ... same day bhalla' s met with accident n addmit in same hospital which other ishita was already ... now ishita bhalla got very badly injuries even lost her baby whole her body was damage which cant be cure ... if she would be survive but only stay on bed whole her life ... her face n heart was in good state ... while doing her treatment she could hear other ishita voice in paining ... she ask about her to nurse n found out what problem she has ... she felt bad pain for her then ask to call doctor ... after doctor come to her she told them to transplant her heart to the other ishita but without letting her family member aware of it ... other ishita have more important to live than herself as she cant live such a burden life for her family to be burden over them ... doctor first refuge then after her pleading they agree n take her signature ... doctor give her an injection which stop her heart for 3 mins then they will transplant it to other ishita ... after bhalla's n iyers thought ishita is dead doctor told them they will do postmoterm then give her body to them ... which they agree without knowing what was ishita plan .
After ther handover her body to bhalla they already done heart transplant then with a plastic surgery doctor give her ishita face only to save her life to survive as they did not have any pic of her pic nor any body from her side was there ... after every thing was done bala arrive n was broken on seeing his sis condition state ... then he give her support to live but he got another shocked when he found out her face was not same as before ... doctor told him every thing n told him to thx the lady whom her heart is with his sister n even her face from now she will have to live with new heart n face ... ishita cry for her old face but slowly she accept it then she leave delhi just to not let people to talk or question her ... due of her heart she never fall in love again nor feel any attraction or have a connection to any other man .

Ishita ( ST ) " Now i got to know why i was not interesting on other man as her heart was not ready to accept other one than her hubby that why when he was around its start to beat fast n even after met the boy its means its her son n her hubby " ... she decide to share it with bala first then to know what to do ahead .
