ramanw as so happy thinkig he got his ishita back he was talking with her while she was confused she saw his condition and decided to go with flow raman took ishita towards his car ishita mde him sit on passenger sit as he was not in condtion to drive she was thinkign where to go as she don't know where he lstay raman tol her address ishra rached bhalla house ishita asked raman to go in she is coming raman went inside happily he asked everyone to remove garland from ishitas pic as she is alive sharvu also joined hi father raman asked hwere he met ishita he told him everything bot hugged eachtoher while all were thinking they are missing ishita so much this is their illusion otherside ishtia reached her home she was very confused she was thinkign why her heart was beating fast when she was near raman who is he finally something strike her she took pic out from drawer and kissed that and remembered flashback so she is not ishita bhalla when bhallas met with accident ishitas all body part was damaged only her heart and face was safe and she had lost her baby she told doctor to give her heart and face to other ishita as she had heard about her pain ishita asked doctor not tell anything to her family that was so sad😭 now this ishita will payback whatever ishita have done for her
