Raman said to ishita he have to go chennai ishita asked him to take her he denied she was buttering him he said that will not work he can't take her she was faking anger her antics was cute ishra talk was cute next day raman went to chennai ishita was taking care of herself like mature girl it has been 10 days raman had booked his tickets he wanted to give ishita surprise so didn"t informed her that day ishita was getting late for college so she kept apple and medicine in bag thinking she will eat after reaching college she was going to eat apple but saw that was rotten so she throwed that she was about to go in canteen but saw practicals had started and whole day was busy she goes to the restaurant after college with her freinds she eat spicy food due to that she got acidity she gies home and called doctor she scolded her and piscribed medicine ishita fainted toshiji was shocked doctor came checked ishita and said nothing is serious she asked raman to take ishita somewhere everyone also asked raman he took her to masoori when she was sleeping she wokeup and saw her surrounding and got happy after watching snow she saw raman and hugged him but he is angry with her

Raman decides to surprise her and plans to return a day before. The same day ushita without having breakfast eat some spicy food and due to acidity she throws up

Adding to this after returning home she takes the medicine with milk which adds to the problem. She calls the doctor and doctor prescribed her medicine

Ishuta could have informed to toshi she would have taken care of her, that was ishita mistake

Ishita faints

raman who came to surprise her us shocked to see everyone worried for her

Doctor informs them everything and asks to take her somewhere so that she feel good

Raman takes her to Missouri, ishita gets up and surprise to see the place

Raman is angry on her for not taking care, that is the reason for his behavior

Ishita want raman attention & pampered so she is making careless knowing raman will look after her. Raman let ishita know about his work trip & told the reason y she cannot follow him. Ishita feel angry & annoyed see raman ignore toward her. Raman make ishita know he know she keep on looking at him & ishita get angry listening to it. Ishita take care of herself & baby as raman want but bzcos of skip of meal her condition get worst untill she get fainted. Raman want to make surpise by coming back early but he got shock see ishita condition.
