Hi Everyone,
Sorry I was busy yesterday so did not watch the episode. I just saw it today and was totally disappointed with it. This one is not going to be like my regular review this I wrote it a bit a different.
KP raised his voice against doing a rain scene because of draught and his gagging scene. If he can change those scenes for which I was happy because he was a socially responsible person then why did he not raise his voice against physical abuse? Not any saying anything against the strangulation part which is the highest point of domestic violence left me very disappointed in him.
I never should expect anything good from the CV but I did not think they would stoop so low showing Raman strangulating her because he loves her to the core and only vents out his anger on her is damn stupid. She instead of walking away once he leaves strangulating her but stays and consoles him was even more stupid. What the hell are they trying to say that men can do anything because they love the woman and woman should accept physical and verbal abuse because they should be grateful because men love them?
They have killed the legal system to the core. Ruhi admitted in open court that she was exchanged for Pihu. Let's agree with CV stupid logic that Ruhi was not kidnapped but was exchanged that is why the court could not punish Nidhi what about Pihu she did not have any connection to Pihu so how come she is not held responsible for kidnapping Pihu and on top of it her fingerprints are in the police system for escaping prison even though she changed her name and nationality she cannot change her fingerprint when people outside India see shows like these it give a poor light to Indian legal system as well as the efficiency of the Indian police to catch criminals. I understand this is drama but should there be at least little logic in it.
Ruhi - This girl lacks the brains staying in Nidhi capacity. I understand she has trust issues she has gone through a lot but putting herself back in a condition where she is verbally and physically abused is damn stupid. She very well could tell the judge that she is not interested in staying with the family but would not go back to Nidhi as well then court could decide what they want to do.
Raman - I am extremely disappointed him yesterday because he was selfish to the core he still has not realized his part he played in the exchange game and for Ishita being away from him. He is still blaming Ishita for Ruhi being away from him. His breakdown lost it charm because it was just for him and how will he live without anyone he was not even worried for how Ruhi will surive with Nidhi after she goes from his house.
Ishita - She needs to develop a spine and voice out against abuse both physical and mental. They should stop showing this crap in the name of woman empowerment that a woman takes every abuse because she loves her husband and kids. She should have voiced out when Raman was physical with her and she should not be thinking in terms of harming herself to stop her kid from going away just to save one person she is punishing numerous person
Adi - He is the one who is totally broken. My heart went for that scene with Mihir. Adi was the only saving grace in the episode.
This is a how I felt watching yesterday episode feel free to add your take to it.
Coming to today episode
It was a mixed episode for me so I think it will be up to each person perspective whether they will like the episode or not.
The episode start with Ashok and Nidhi planning to take Ruhi for dinner and to rub salt on the Bhalla wound. Nidhi plans to use the hunter once again on Ruhi to bring her in line along with the dinner. Ashok stops her saying you can use it later not now because you will put the case in jeopardy Nidhi agrees to it.
IshRa are coming back from Ishita parents' house. Nidhi taunts Ishita saying that what happened to your mother's love Ruhi is leaving now. Ishita doesn't say anything but goes to Ruhi and begs at her feet (This is very disgusting on so many levels.
1. According to Hindu custom if a child makes their parents fall at their feet it is a very big sin for the child and it takes eons to wash out the sin for the child so no matter what happens no one would let a parent fall at the child feet even the parents won't do it because they are adding burden to the child so just for drama sake the killed a religious belief
2. Not one people who were standing did not come to lift her up it is again disgusting to see that they would happily sacrifice her if it meets their goal. I was expecting Adi at least to rush to her and make her stand up.)
Asking her to stay and tells her that they did everything what she wanted why she is still wants to go to Nidhi. Ruhi stays please stop this why are you forcing her to stay with all the fakeness going around. Romi doesn't want to stay. Papa was getting married to Shagun mama and says turn of this fake drama and if you and papa loved each other truly you would not have separated and he would not have said yes to marry Shagun mama so please stop this drama and then she went on to stay that how they are staying in the room one in bed and the other one in couch(CV should watch what dialogue they are giving to a 14 years old according to her if there is sex only then the marriage is valid otherwise the marriage is null and void) Ruhi dialogue and actions are not age appropriate instead of feeling for Ruhi as a victim the general viewers anger only grows for Ruhi because of bad writing.
Ruhi says enough of all this faking because it is all a game for you like you told Pihu. I don't want to part of this game anymore. Raman comes and says it is not like Ruhi . Ruhi says okay then prove to me that you guys are not faking it and get married then I will stay with you everyone is shocked hearing this condition. Ruhi taunts them saying what you cannot do it I know you cannot tolerate each other so stop doing this drama
Raman says yes we will get married. Ruhi is shocked and asks what; Raman says if that is the price I have to pay for keeping my kid then I'm ready to get married to Ishita (I am so angry with Raman for this what is Ishita a commodity for him without any feelings) I would have been happy if he said that he is ready to get married to her and leave it at that instead of making it into a sacrifice he is doing it for his kid.
Ishita, Nidhi and Ashok are shocked. Everyone seems to be happy Shagun leaves from there.
Nidhi comes out of the shock and shouts at Ruhi saying what stupid condition you have put you don't know they don't always fulfill their promise they just want to keep you here and fool you.
Ishita stops her saying did you not hear what my husband said we are getting married in two days pack your bags and go to Australia. This is what a mom does she would do anything for her kids and if this what Ruhi wants we will do it
Adi stops Nidhi and takes Ruhi forcefully inside Ruhi is still in shock.
Nidhi again taunts Ishita saying we all know how your relationship is with Raman. Ishita says to her it doesn't matter what her relationship with Raman is but what her relationship with Ruhi is only matters (The hidden meaning her is this time around Ishita is getting married to Raman just to make Ruhi stay out of hell hole only so she will be guarding her heart against Raman and Ruhi it is going to be tough time for both of them to break her wall)
Nidhi tries to slap her but Romi comes between and says to Ashok take her away otherwise I will forget that we are in a partnership. (I loved the way Romi stands up for his bhabi except for the family MU track which never got a proper closure I loved their bond)
Ashok takes Nidhi forcefully Nidhi was screeching like anything that she doesn't want to lose the money making machine. Mihika comes and taunts her. Nidhi tries to hit her but Ashok holds her and takes her away.
Ishita asks did you know what you said outside he says to her yes I know if that is the only way for Ruhi to stay then I will marry you. Ishita asks what about Shagun don't you have to talk to her then Shagun comes there what is there to talk Ishita says to her this is not what I wanted I did not come to take your place which in a way is correct because for Raman he took the phereas with Shagun Ishita stopped being his wife so Ishita was feeling guilty for taking someone else place. Shagun says if that is what is needed for Ruhi to stay then that is what we have to do and says she was insecure but Adi made her understand it. She says she will leave as usual Ishita not wanting to upset Pihu asked Shagun to stay (My guess would be this whiter than white Shagun is going to continue because many times we wanted her to turn negative but each time she surpassed her level of whiteness to reach new whiteness so I find this is a game for CV let's make the audience think that Shagun will turn negative but instead we will give them a bigger BKT by making her more whiter) I did want Raman to say something to Shagun because he was the sole reason for this mess but he stood like a mute spectator as if he had nothing to do with the situation. Shagun said you two are getting married that is final and left. Raman had a big sigh (I think he was glad to come out of this problem) then with a bit of hesitancy touched Ishita she turned and looked at him confused.
Nidhi was shouting I cannot hear half of the dialogue but looks like she wanted to Kidnap Ruhi and Ashok said he would help but his name should not come out Nidhi agreed.
Toshji/Mihika thanks Shagun. Shagun leaves from there crying.
Adi/Raman - They hug each other Adi is happy that his parents are getting married and says to him I know you are not getting married just for Ruhi I know what importance Ishima has in your life. He says yes Adi you are right. I had a full of negativity which was spoiling the relation today I threw all the negativity out and I feel happy. He says to him remember one thing that you are upset and angry with the person whom you love the most (I am okay with this getting angry with the person you love the most but I also want him to make up for all the abusive words he used for Ishita instead of scrapping everything under the rug as if nothing happened) He says to him that you should ask sorry to the people you hurt otherwise they will go away from you then it hurts you a lot (This dialogue I feel is not for Raman realization but for Adi to apologize to Aliya for shouting at her)
Precap: Ruhi and Ishita are looking the same. Raman/Romi convo was good.
P.S . If you have come this far I am really thankful to you for patiently reading all my thoughts.
