Actually if your spouse is missing for 7 or 7+ years and never reported to be found alive; you can file a petition for divorce. Without petition you can't make your marriage nullified. I don't think there is any petition filed by Raman for IshRa divorce so they are married. And now none can't even use benefit of doubt because now Ishita is present.
That is the creativity of CVs and script writer. I am stating the fact according to "The Hindu Marriage Act 1955"😉
