" both your families are there, so is Raman, if I remember right, you did. It want to come to India, what happened to you that you decided to move to that complex?"
She says " who is questioning me ? Are you questioning me as a friend or as a person who loves me?"..., he was silent..I think he realized that he has crossed the line ...and she says " I understand where you are coming from, to me our friendship is more precious, but when it comes to love ..I'm sorry, there's mpnot hung I can do about it, I don't have the love in me or in my heart ..there's nothing left in me that I can reciprocate equally, I don't have it in me any more ", whatever ever it may be I dint want this confusion to intermingle with our friendship..how can I make you better better understand, you are the best friend I've ever had, I don't want to loose you, based on friendship can I ask you a question, will you not let me follow my heart? You do know I've some duties, will you stop me from doing that? as a friend tell me how do you feel about it?" You are well aware the guilt I've been living all along, I didn't have the courage to face anybody, you've asked to to find out or contact my family, I never had the courage, but now after meeting them, I feel that it's because of me their lives are ruined, specially Raman. He's become a completely different person, do you know how he talks to his mom and adi, hits everybody, that family is falling apart, I'm responsible for it, when I have an opportunity to set it straight why not I use it, but I will leave after everything is cleared. I have to return the family back to them, i have that responsibility because they gave me lots of love"..." Ramans hatred for me exceeds your love towards me.. This hatred is literally burning the family down...let ne set things right...after that we will go back to our world".. Mani says .." Ok ..I'm not going to stop you, but after seeing things right, what's next? ..after everything is well between you and Raman"...then he stops.."sorry..I've always wanted you to be happy, go ahead, I'll respect your decision, and will alway be there for you"... That's the friendship.
Mani is NOT negative
The reason why Ishita is not retaliating Raman, ..she's numb and dead so she's accepted it, she's used to the pain, rejection etc etc...she's is drained completely ..that she has no strength to fight, she's dead from within. Can you expect a reaction from a corpse? No..that's ishitas state.
Another reason she knows that Raman will not rest until he gets it off his chest.
He's angry no point in talking until he calms down. But moving there she's gonna be back in her jkr avatar and he back to the RKb we know. Only that RKb will not realize it, that she's come to resurrect him.
Is she hurt that Raman is marrying Shagun ..yes very very hurt, it's ripping her apart..but if he is happy she's ok ..but she wants him to make this decision not in anger but in sane mind .
She has knows Raman all along more than Raman knowing about himself..today she voiced it out. To bring him back as before she's gonna revivify ..for him/ his own good, his kids and his family. She will walk away, as she does not want to be the other woman.,she's already been I that position before at the early stages of their marriage. She might fall for him again...but will walk away as Raman has promised Shagun and that its for the betterment for everybody .
She does all this without expecting anything in return ..she does it coz it's the right thing to do.

Nothing in nature lives for itself. Rivers dont drink their own water, trees don't eat their own fruit, sun doesn't give heat for itself, flowers don't spread fragrance for themselves. Living for others is the rule of nature. And there in lies the secret of living...that's Ishita Bhalla.
