I don't think much major is needed in story for her marriage. 1-2 weeks... they will manage it with ShaRam which they previously did in surrogacy track even though DT was not on any vacation. During that time many episodes had mainly Shaugn and Raman and Ishita were hardly seen. So, it's possible even this time without any major change in story.
