Hon u are right ... Ishu doesn't stand a chance here.. Moreover Ishu will never do that to pihu. She's seen it all with Ruhi and adi .. So not happening. She will walk away .

How will raman remarry xena w/o a divorce from ishu.
The surr seems a joke to many.Even if pihu is not ishra's child,The fact is ishu was gang raped by raman,manoj and xena.The same can be cited as an excuse for ishu's suicide attempt and moving to aussie .As it was not proved,time factor over treatment or second opinion from other doc's opinion about ishu's condition.Mental agony.
Right now xena is in the bhalla house.Same can be cited to be ishu's advantage saying that had been sharam's intent all along.
Rman's company had been in ishu's name.Financial angle too.
The fact is ishu is rich.She can do it.Only her love for raman and a small child(pihu) is preventing it.Such is her nature.
But if she really wants revenge and sharam happens,then no second thoughts about legal option.

@1st bold...I think without divorcing ishita can not apply for custody...although i am not from law background but if a couple is not divorced then it will be the child's decision whom he chooses to stay with...since pihu doesn't even know about ishita is her mother then how can you expect that she will choose ishita over raman and Xena.

@2nd bold...the surrogacy paper has ishita's signature and she no way can prove this had been taken by deceit.

Just a signature to decide one's fate might exist in BT world.
Its a fact .Any legal document can be challenged saying not under sane circumstances.
If ishu wants revenge then pihu will not be a factor.
So it is actually ishu's choice that sharam are going scot free.
It only proves ishu's love for raman and that small child.Not because she is not in a position to take action.Love is like that.That is the only reason.
