It seems they are deliberately making ishita not think of raman, trying to keep it a mystery like if shagun is married or not.

Sadly it has become a complicated mess, and they ensured shagun was a part of pihu life like they always wanted. The foundation of yhm was ishraru and now with leap shagun who should never have such importance is involved by making both ishita and raman villains in different ways.
