Ishu wants revenge, she thinks she hates him but may not be the case.
I feel Raman is more angry on her than hate ..but I could be wrong. Reason he still tears up seeing ishus pics. There was definitely some mu occurred. Looks like ishita was sick for sometime and Gaurav has helped her.
