CHAPTER 5
Hello, I'm back with chapter 5. Do comments guys, Thanks for reading. Sorry for any mistakes. I'm not really well known about indian wedding, advance apology if I offended anyone. Ps/ I do realize I'm also confused with mrs Kapoor and patel, a lot of mistake in previous chapter, sorry guys, I'm embarrassed about it..😛 Will try to focus in this chapter.😊😉
Ishita played with bonzo who seems to enjoy presence of ishita. "You're so cute!" exclaimed ishita. Raman watched how ishita interact with bonzo, his beloved dog. "Raman, thank you for giving ma a very perfect bahu, you are lucky." Mrs Patel broke raman's trance. "I hope you are really happy ma, wish us the best for future" replied raman. He accompanied ishita to go home. Ishita bid a goodbye to everyone and ready to go back to her home. In car, "Ishita, tomorrow are you busy?" asked raman. "Not really, I have free time during lunch,why?". " we need to get our measurement for the wedding attires."replied raman. "Ok, then I'll meet you tomorrow."answered ishita. Raman offered to pick up ishita, but she refused not to burden raman, as she has to go back to hospital later. Raman agreed, the drive back to ishu's home is now become silent. She arrived and said thank you to raman. "Drive safely." Raman gave a small smile and drive back to prepare for his upcoming big day.
"Good morning dr ishita, congratulations on your upcoming wedding!" greet one of ishita's colleague. Everyone wishes ishita a happy married life and there is some who questioned this sudden marriage. "Ishu, you are very lucky na, finally you really deserved this happiness. God bless you meri ishu." Wished vandu, best friend of ishita. "Bhai, you are free right this afternoon, make sure you go with bhabi for fitting session ok?" romi and mihir keep reminding raman about his wedding preparations. Both of them helped raman booking a wedding hall at hotel, finding a dance trainer for sangeet ceremony and everything that they can help in order to ensure their brother's wedding went smoothly. "Yes, I remembered about it, in fact I'm leaving now." Raman replied. Ishita also leaving to the boutique. Gold and red are going to be the theme of wedding. Soon, they managed to buy anything needed for the wedding. "Raman...this is not necessary... I mean, it is quite expensive na...I think I'll go with simpler one." Ishita gave out her opinion when they went to buy wedding ring. Raman amazed by her simplicity, to him any girl will grab the most expensive diamond ring since she will get married to the don of one of biggest business empire, but not in case of ishita, she kept refusing things that seem overboard in price, simple yet elegant for her is the best choice. "As you wish then, anyways this ring only going to be the formality of our wedding right, so any option is good." said raman. Finally, they managed to grab suitable wedding ring. "Thanks for today, seems like a part of preparations had been done, a part of it left now. By the way, have you grab your lunch? Asked raman. "Lunch...not yet...have you?" replied ishita. "Nope, why don't we have a lunch first before leaving? Asked raman. "Yeah sure" ishita replied with a tint of smile.
They decided to have western dishes as their lunch. "No mushroom in my dishes please..."Ordered ishita. "What is the sin of mushroom towards you?" joked raman. "I'm allergic with it, you know, I'm going to have rashes if I eat it" replied ishita. "Oh,,,polka dot on the face...I learnt new thing about you today..."answered raman. Raman tried to stel some of her food, only to tease her. "No raman! I can share anything but not my food, have your own na!" ishita irritated with the act of raman. "Bhukkad! No wonder you have a lot of energy to give lecture!" raman replied with chuckle. Ishita can only gave her glare because right now, her food is the top priority. After finishing their meal, they went back to their work respectively. "Hello, ishita beta..sorry to bother you, I just want to ask you, have you and raman went to the tailor?" called mrs Patel. "Yes mrs patel, we went for it", answered ishita "Arreyy, call me mumma na ishita, you are my bahu already dear.." "Ooops, sorry mrs patel, I mean mumma...We went for the tailor and we chose gold and red as the theme." "That's great! Now me and your papa can prepare for our dresses. Is raman with you?" "No, he already left for his work and I'm also on the way for my work."answered ishita. "Alright then, take care beta, drive safely." Said mrs patel.
Today, it is the sangeet day. Everyone is excited for it. "Bhai. Bohot handsome you are! Bhabhi will melt seeing you"claimed mihir. Raman is decked up in a navy blue sherwani complimented his fair skin. Ishita arrived at the ball room. The sangeet ceremony only celebrated among the family members and relatives. The upcoming wedding will be lavishly celebrated. It is an honour for both of family to accept their new family members respectively. "Bhaiii...oh my god... bhabhi is so pretty. Kya batei bhai! You are lucky man!" romi complimented his Bhabhi whom being dolled up in blue lehenga matching with raman's and also with simple make up that highlighted her already angelic face. Raman stared ishita, his future to be wife, for the first time he did noticed what a beauty she is. Pure, angelic, yet simple and humble. That is how raman described his future wife. "Jiju! Kitney pretty ishu di ha.." Mihika broke raman's focus from ishita. "ha...ha...pretty.." raman fumbled with words.. "Control bhai! Control! Less than 3 days then Bhabhi will be yours forever!" romi whispered to his bhai. "Tu chupkaro! I'm RKP! Not easy to melt my heart! Samjhao! This lecture machine already made me pagal, what is left more?" raman tried to cover himself from caught in action of staring his ishu. Everyone perform for the bride and groom and now it is the time for this Jodi to dance. Ishita hesitated at first but she convinced herself, she cannot break those heart who are very happy right now ; her parents and parents in law. Raman and I shita matched their steps on song of manwa laage, they both think is this the right decision that had been made? In couple of days, they are going to be husband and wife officially and legally. They wonder what is the future of them, Is there any act of true love exist, that can thaw their frozen and broken hearts? Their eyes speak to each other while their feet keep moving to the rhythm until the crowd's applause brought them back to reality. The couple clicked picture with family and relatives. Next function is mehendi and then there it comes the big day, wedding!
"Are you nervous bhai? You must be right, before this you only need to protect yourself but now, Bhabhi will be you responsibility, you have to protect her, she is more fragile than you na.." mihir spoke. "I will mihir, she is a fragile one, too much happened in our life" raman answered while remembered how ishita was broken with her fail relationship just because she is infertile. Somehow he felt, he need to protect her eventhough the marriage that will happen is only a contract. The groom and his family arrived at the wedding hall, so do with the bride who is ready for the event. Finally, ishita is right in front of him. She is an epitome of beauty, the colour of her lehenga surely make her the most gorgeous indian bride. Her glowing skin, perfect make up, simple yet elegant jewellery scored her additional points. Once again, raman's attention swept by ishita's beauty. Ishita also felt the same, the modern raman kumar patel whom usually wear modern suit is now really look like a real prince, red and gold sherwani declared him as the most eligible groom ever. Everyone compliment them that how perfect they are. After performing the necessary rituals, It is time for raman to tie the mangalsutra which symbolized that ishita is his legally wedded wife, she belongs to him. They exchanged eyelocks, somehow raman can read that ishita already gave her permission via her sparkling big brown almond eyes. With that, he tied the mangalsutra and now, ishita Kapoor become ishita patel. He filled her mang which claimed ishita is his, she is his life partner. They complete the rest rituals until they have been declared officially as husband and wife. " Eventhough this is only a contract, I already made a promise with god that no matter what I will try to protect you, I'll try ishita,," raman promised in his heart. "From today, I'm no longer ishita Kapoor, I'm ishita raman kumar patel legally, eventhough the marriage is a compromise, I'll try to fulfil my responsibility, my promise that had been made in front of the god. I'll try raman.." ishita also made a promise in her heart to start her new journey of life.
A lot of people from media were invited to the grand function, flash of cameras were everywhere, trying to capture the moment of the wedding and also the newlywed couples; Mr. and Mrs Raman Kumar Patel! The jodis was being surrounded by family and relatives, they congratulate both of them and offer their blesses. A grand family photo was taken along with the newlywed couple. It is time for ishita to leave her parents, to start a new journey, which seems unknown for her what in store being kept for her in future. Mr and Mrs Kapoor were emotional to let go their precious daughter. "Ishu, now you have another responsibility, you are not single anymore, you have husband to be your life partner, to be taken care of and to be loved, be my good ishu dear, and take care. Love you a lot na beta.." said mr Kapoor emotionally, ishita had been shared the closest bond with him, he protect her from getting any pain, he tried to heal ishita step by step, now he has to shift his responsibility to protect his ishu to raman, his son in law. Mr and Mrs patel warm heartedly welcome ishita as their new family member. They reassured ishita's parents that they will treat ishita as their daughter not daughter in law. She is indeed very precious for them. "Papa, I promise I'll protect her, guide her and make her smile, always and forever. Thank you for making her my wife" said raman to his father in law. They both hugged. Mihika also warned her jiju not to hurt her didi or else... Raman promised her to give the best for ishita. Everybody bid a goodbye to the newlywed Jodi.
Inside the car: ishita trying to control her tears that finally make the way out from her eyes. She is emotional in order to leave her family who had been the pillar of strength for her, who protect her, keep her warm and make her smile every day. Now, she got another family who will be the same strength for her to start a new chapter of life. "Don't cry na, it does not suit you lecture machine.. Please smile or else people will think I'm torturing my wife. Mihika already gave me the warn plus romi and mihir already sidelined me and become your chamchi.. Bechara mr raman..left alone.."raman tried to cheer her up. "You are not alone now, you have me" ishita said it while gazing into his eyes. "Thank god I have somebody on my side, eventhough I have to listen to the lecture everyday.." Raman said it with a wink. "Kuch bhi, I'm not a lecture machine na, but for you mr ravan kumar, lecture is necessary." Answered ishita. Now, thew will start a new journey as husband and wife, unknown to them, a warm love will thaw and bind their heart together soon...
PRECAP: Hello! Jhansi ki rani, have some mercy na.. I pitied those men, wrong time, wrong person and wrong place for them it seems. I'm proud of my JKR!
