It start in bhalla house where toshi was showing ishika wash room n her room ... she stop at raman room n ask whose it is ... toshi enter with her ... have tears n say it raman room ... she look around n feel strange ... with all his stuffs n pics around ... she feel so peace in the room .
She wipe toshi tears n say pray that soon he can be with them ... she was smiling n both leave the room .
Later ishika inform iyers about reaching n staying with bhalla 's family .
At night ishika was unable to sleep ... she turn around n around to sleep but in vain ... finally she leave the room for water ... she again stop near raman room like some one pull her over there.
She could not stop her self to stay away but she enter n go directly on bed ... she led on bed n caress the pillow n fall fast sleep.
Next day she told toshi where she sleep ... if she dont mind to let her sleep in raman room ... which she accept ... while taking breakfast with toshi n om ... she praise the food taste ... which make toshi get emotion n have tears.
Toshi in tears ... " Mera putar raman ko bhi acha lagta tah paneer mere haath ka banaya ... aur aaj woh hi nahin hai ... kehne ki mah isme namak kaam hai ... sirf mujhe sharne keliye ... itne dino baat koi tarif ki hai ... pata nahin ab kab woh kaeinga me haath ka paneer ".
( My son raman too used to like paneer ... which prepared by me ...today his not here ...to say mum there is less salt to tease me ... after so many days some one has praise it ... dont know when he will eat paneer which prepared by me )
Om bhalla console her .
Ishika feel sad too on seeing toshi state ... she went to her wipe her tears n hug her on asking ... " Auntyji may I have little more? ... actually I will make your son eat food which prepared by you ... I will see his reaction n if possible lets take a selfie too ", she not like a guest but their daughter to them ... in a short time she was so close to them ... so comfortable as she was in her laws.

She reach in hospital n went directly in raman room ... she saw his breakfast was still un touch n see how he was sitting ... raman knew she came ... he run hug her n call her name ... ishita ! in properly ... with so much of passionate n love way .
Which give a her a shiver n felt so closeness love in his voice ... she hug him n say ... " I went home but im here now ... I came see im with you n I promise I wont go again leaving you ok ", she broke the hug.
She make him sit on bed n show him the food n ask him if he will eat ... which he did a yes sign but showing her to feed him ... which she accept ... but first brush ... she say n make him do it with her help as a kid ... then make him sit to feed him as he wanted .
When he have first bite ... he recognize it n tears have a teary eyes ... which was not miss ishika ... she realize he can recognize his mum food .
She saw tears fall from his eyes ... she wipe it n ask ... " Do you know who prepared these paneer ? " .
He did a yes sign to her n try to say mah ... with lots of effort which ishika make him say finally in a clear way ... " Mah " .
It gave ishika a positive reaction from him ... then she ask him ... " Do you want to see them or met them hmmm " , in a sweet voice ... he did yes again ... she show him their selfie pic ... raman caress their face with tears n being emotion too ... he call them in a proper way ... " Papa n Mah " ... he try to to go out ... he show her door .
Ishika get to know he want to met them n try to control him n she say ... " You want to met them right ? ... but how you will ? ... see how you look so dirty with this long hairs ... your face are not clean ... they wont recognize you like this ... you should be clean then i will take you to them ... n how you will talk if you wont try to talk perfectly han ... you will learn n do what i say will you ? if you want to see them n meet them for me you will talk ? " , on caressing his face .
He did yes to her ... which she say no talk n say yes ...which he try n ... " Yeee ...yes " .
Ishika clap her hand her smile to him ... she was happy to see her first step has been work for him ... then ask him ... " Ok tell me ... do you know your name ? n whose picture is this ... who is she for you for you ? " , on showing her sketch on wall .
He try to say his name but say ... " Ishita y.. you ...wiii... wife ... my wife ishita ... you my wife ... me raaa ... raman ... raman me ", he smile n hold her hand ... n gaze her in a passionate way .
On his touch she get shiver n feel her body was waiting his touch ... his gaze was torturing her ... she try to avoid his gaze but could as she was feeling like she was so special for him ... he caress her hand with love n so nicely way ... his eyes was sparkling in intense love ... she want to stop him ... but could not ... her heart was not letting her to stop him ... she was enjoying his touch n get a feeling as some one has been used to touch her like this ... she stop n stand .
She stares him as she too wanted to know who is he ... she was lost in thought ..." why his touch was effected her why his gaze disturb her ... from his touch she feel restless ... why his case she is feeling more attach as it her heart connection ... all that thing was playing in her mind so much connect she was having from him ." ... she came out of glance with his snap .
she ask him to let make him clean on cutting his hair n do a clean shave ... which he accept ... some one came n start to cut his hair ... she was there watching him ... when he was about to finish raman shave ... raman stop him n show him door to go ... n he leave with ishika sign .
Iishika ask him ... " You will finish it ? " .
Raman call her to him with hand ... as she reach to him ... he gave her the razor n did a sign to cont it ... she was confused she never did for some one how to to it ... " Raman i dont know how to do it wait i will call the man " .
She was about to go he hold her wrist n pull her to him ... " Do it yourself " , in writing he told her this ,
She know raman confused her to his wife but has to do it just to assure him she is his wife n start to do ... while doing it she feel she used to do it before too n she saw some shade image like ... she was doing it with some one ... n he was caressing her waist with love passionate way ... she get shiver when the man was touch touching her ... play finger on her bare skin of her body ... after finish she said see how handsome you look now my sweet hot husband ... she lost the shade image ... she think what was that who was that man ? .
She finish the shaving n show him in mirror ... how handsome he look n hot with his hair cut n clean shave ... both stare each ever in an intense look look .
Param was watching them from the door n was thinking ... how come ishita manage raman well enough n raman has been starting to be normal what magic stick she used on him ... he enter n broke both stares on praise raman look calling her ishita in front of raman ... ishika ask him to rest for a while n leave with param ... which he did with smile on his face .
Param praise her work n say ... " Well miss ishku ... i must say you have a magic stick ... on turning it raman agree to cut his hair n did shaving too wow you are too great yaar " .
Ishika with a confused face n sad look say ... " If he has accept it only for his wife n his parents love n mostly he think im his wife so he accept what ever i said ... he love his parents n his wife a lots i saw it from his eyes ... the way he look at me was like he was looking at his wife the same love passionate look all are for his wife " .
Param ... " I know you are not happy to make him think you are his wife to treat him but we dont have any other option too " .
Ishika ... " yes i know... n his parents are so nice peoples .. i felt as i was in my own house i never felt it outside place thx yaar to ask to go there " .
Day pass well she check on raman make him take his med do exercise make him write things .
