Chapter 2

Ishita checked Ruhi and prescribed some medicines, she then turned to leave when saw Mrs. Bhalla was walking inside.

Mrs.Bhalla: My dear!!

Ishita: She is fine.

Mrs.Bhalla then looked at her and started yelling.

Mrs.Bhalla: You... What are you doing here?

Ishita: See aunty... I mean Mrs.Bhalla, I am doctor and I treated Ruhi.

Ruhi (sits up on bed): Yes daadi. Doctor aunty is very nice and she inject me and I didn't even feel pain.

Ishita smiled.

Mrs.Bhalla (sternly): Okay!! Can I take her home?

Ishita: Yes. But you have to take a good care of her.

Mrs.Bhalla: Don't learn me. I was taking care of her from when she was only 6months.

Saying this she took Ruhi carefully and took a leave, Ishita looked at them confuse, suddenly she saw Ruhi's bag, she called her when Ruhi turned at her.

Ruhi : Yes doctor aunty.

Ishita: Your bag.

Ishita gave her bag and placed a kiss on her cheeks.

Ruhi: Thank you doctor aunty.

Ruhi turned to leave and again looked back at Ishita.

Ruhi: I didn't ask you're your!!

Ishita: Ishita Iyer.

Ruhi (smiled): Thank you Ishita aunty.

Then Mrs.Bhalla took leave along with her.

Bhalla House

Ruhi was sitting with Mr.Bhalla at the hall when Mrs.Bhalla came there with soup and placed it on the table.

Mrs.Bhalla: Ruhi come puttar, have some soup!! Then you have to take medicines.

Ruhi smiled and having her soup.

Mr.Bhalla: By the way puttar how did this accident happen with you?

Ruhi: Daadu I saw Shagun mumma near my school, I went to meet with her when Ishita aunty's car came in front of ma and I fall on road. Then when I opened my eyes, I was in hospital and Ishita aunty was with me. She is a doctor no!!

Mrs. Bhalla (murmur): I will not leave that Madrasi.

Mr. Bhalla: Toshi jee leave all this, Ruhi is back and that's enough. And it was Ishita who treated her.

Mrs. Bhalla rolled her eyes and took Ruhi from there.

At Night, Bhalla House

Mrs. Bhalla was in hall when the phone started ringing, she received the call.

Mrs.Bhalla: Hello!!

Raman: Mummy, it's me, Raman.

Mrs. Bhalla: Raman do you know Ruhi...

Raman (cut her): Yes maa!! Ruhi called me from hospital. What are you all doing!! Can't you take care of a little girl!!

Mrs. Bhalla: Raman why are you shouting on us. It was that Madrasi...

Raman: Oh stop it yaar. I don't want to hear that Madrasi's stories. I just called to inform you that I am coming back tomorrow.

Mrs. Bhalla (happily): Really. It was a good news puttar.

Raman: (Okay!! Then see you tomorrow.

They hang up the call when Mrs. Bhalla happily called everyone and informed them the news.

Ruhi (excitedly): Yaay!! Papa is coming back. Romi chachu let's plan a surprise for papa.

Romi: Ruhi your mind is too fast. Let's arrange a party

Everyone planned something.

Next morning

As usual Ishita was ready to go clinic, she went down near her car when she saw ruhi there, first she thought it was just imagination as she was thinking a lot about Ruhi from last night then she saw her friends calling her.

Ishita (thinks): Ruhi here!!

She walked to her when Ruhi saw Ishita and came running and hugged her.

Ruhi (happily): Ishita aunty you here?

Ishita: Yes!! I am staying here, opposite to your flat.

Ruhi: Wow!! But we didn't meet before.

Ishita (smiled): yes.

Ruhi: But now we can meet regularly.

Ishita smiled and caressed her face lovingly.

Ishita: By the way how's your pain?

Ruhi: I am perfectly fine Ishita aunty.

Suddenly Mrs. Bhalla called her from balcony and she ran away, Ishita smiled.

At Night

Ishita was on her way to back home, it was hell traffic on road and at other side Mrs. Iyer called her simultaneously. Ishita speed up her car to reach home fast when she hit a car.

Ishita: Oh god! Why did happen this now.

Ishita saw the driver of the another car came out and checked the car then something was saying to someone who was sitting inside. Ishita walked out and came to the driver.

Ishita: Look!! I am sorry, I was in hurry.

Then time Raman walked out from car.

Raman: When you don't know how to drive then why did you drive?

Ishita turned at him sarcastically.

Ishita: What!!

Raman: Don't you know Hindi?

Ishita rolled her eyes and politely said : See I told you I was in hurry and by the way your driver suddenly pressed the break then what was my fault?

Raman was going to say something when his phone rings, he answered and then again look at Ishita.

Raman: Well I have no time to fight with you!! So bye.

Saying this he took leave, Ishita surprisingly looked him leaving.

Ishita (thinks): Strange man!!

Bhalla House

The hall was decorated so nicely with balloons and a welcome note. Ruhi was lighting up the candle on cake when they heard car's sound, Romi peeped through the curtain.

Romi (whisper): Bhai has arrived.

They quickly turned off the lights and hides behing the pillars and all. After sometime they heard door's opening sound.

Ruhi (whisper): May be papa arrived.

Romi put his palm on her mouth and nodded no. Raman walked in.

Raman: Why the lights are off?

He started calling everyone according to their names but no one response, after calling few times when Raman came on the centre pf the hall, Romi turned on the lights and everyone shouted "Welcome Back!!"

Raman was amazed seeing the decorations, when Ruhi came to him, Raman looked at his daughter and lifted her in arms.

Ruhi: Welcome back papa.

Raman smiled and kissed on her cheeks. Then he saw her bandage.

Raman (worried): Are you fine Ruhi?

Ruhi: Yes papa.

Raman then landed her on floor and took blessing from Mr. and Mrs.Bhalla then hugged Romi and the sisters.

Ruhi (dragged him): Papa come, we have to cut the cake.

Then Raman cut the cake and feed everyone. Romi then turned on the music loud and they enjoying.

At the other side, Ishita was climbing stairs when she could hear the music.

Ishita (thought): Again Party.

She just rolled her eyes and tried to ignore. She came near the gate when she saw Mrs. Iyer barged out from the house angrily, Ishita knew what she was going to do now!! She stopped her.

Ishita: Amma!! Amma... Stop.

Madhvi: Why? That peoples are making so noise. We have problems.

Ishita: Leave it amma!! It's all about few times. Come.

Ishita then dragged her inside.
