I am new to this forum.

My guess is

The baby is still alive. However doctors must have said that there are less chances of survival. Child may survive or not God knows. That's why

Raman was saying those words that you will come in this world.

Raman mother said that child is never burden on mother.

Possible they have not disclosed this to Ishita, that why she is behaving normally. Raman knew that is why he is tense

Baby is Still alive.

In Sbs segment it was audible that he says you will surely come in this world and Ishita will become mother after touching her stomach.

Ekta is great bhakt of Mata kali .I guess she will show miracle because of Mata.
