Part 4

Morning at bhalla house:

Ishita wakes up, she was feeling not well she tried to go to washroom but she was feeling continuously dizzy... she was about to fall but raman who had awaken seeing ishita falling comes to her rescue and prevent her from falling... They share an eyelock... raman make ishita stand on her feet and turns to leave

Ishita: thank u

Raman: your thanks does not melt my heart...

Ishita: thanks ka matlab nahe ata shayad apko...

Raman: whatever...

Raman goes to office early then his usual routine. Toshi jee tries to stop him but raman was in no mood to listen.

Toshi jee: mein iss ka kiya karon

Mr bhalla: rehne do toshi jee... aj jab office say ayega to mein khud baat karonga

Toshi jee: haan bhalla jee ap hi baat karna meri to baat hi nahe sun raha ye ...

Full one week passed raman uses to have late sitting in office and whenever he return he does not listen any single word of toshi jee and mr bhalla... he use to stay rude to ishita ... Ishita health was not good as she was not having a sound sleep due to sleeping on sofa...whole week ishita mind get busy in thinking about raman she was surprised how can be a person be so much rude and insensitive... raman hate helping ishita to forget aman thoughts...

One day AT OFFICE:

Mihir: raman... sab theek hai na??

Raman: haan sab theek hai

Mihir: bohat pareshaan lag rahy ho

Raman: bus kaam ka pressure

Mihir: uff... raman kumar bhalla ko kaam ka pressure??? Ye kab hua???

Raman: don't test my patience mihir

Mihir: teri shakal say to koi larki ka chakar lag raha hai... kiya koi teri zindagi mien ayi hai????

Raman thinks of ishita haan aik I hai wo bhi wife ban gayi direct... jisy mien janta nahe infact I don't know her name... but maa ne pata nahe kiss chakar mien meri shadi karwa di... Aur uski himmat muje slap kiya????

Mihir: kahan kho gayi??? Pakka larki ka mamla hai bata...

Raman: aisa kuch nahe hai... Mihir

Mihir: raman mein tera best friend hoon... tu kabhi apni personal life aur professional life mix nahe karta but I am the only friend of you jise tum apni personal life ka sab kuch share karty ho... ye share nahe karogay

Raman: please jab agar kuch share karna hoga to zaroor karonga... But abhi kay liye rehne do

Mihir: okay my dear

Raman: thanks

Mihir: wesy aik baat kahoon...

Raman: bol...

Mihir: kal mein ne khawab mein dekha kay you are happily married and has a lovely girl child...

Raman shockingly sees mihir and says: foran kay foran nikal ja warna aj mery haathon tera qatal ho jayega...

Mihir laughs... and says: wesy ye sacha khawab hai subha kay waqt dekha tha...

Raman: mihir...

Mihir: okay bye... And leaves

AT BHALLA HOUSE:

Toshi jee: ishita puttar teri tabiyaat theek hai??

Ishita: haan theek hai

Toshi jee: bohat thaki lag rahi hai...

Ishita: mein theek hoon

Toshi jee: acha puttar hum madir ja rahy hain... romi aur rinky apni classes layne gaye hain... tum bhi saath chalo...

Ishita: aj man nahe kar raha

Toshi jee: koi baat nahe puttar... agar zaroorat pary to muje call kar Layna...

Ishita: okay..

Toshi jee leaves... thinking: bhagwaan raman bus aik baar meri baat sun lay pata nahe agar usy bachy kay bary mien pata chaly ga to wo kaise react kary ga...

IN OFFICE

Raman was lost in ishita thoughts and thinking how much patients she has.. i am acting too rude with her but she is just as calm as cucumber. He thinks to go to home so that he can talk to his mother...

BHALLA HOUSE:

Raman enters the house and finds it empty. He ask servant who told him that romi and rinky have gone to classes mr and mrs bhalla mandir and Bhabhi jee is in room

Raman: Bhabhi jee??

Servant: bhaiyaa... kiya Mazak kar rahy hai...ishita Bhabhi... apki wife..

Raman: haan haan... and leaves for his room thinking even servant knows her name but not me I.. her so called husband

Raman enters his room finding ishita clutching her stomach and trying to scream but voice was not coming from her throat.. he rushes to her and made her lay on bed and calls doctor... by the time ishita loses her conscious.. raman also calls toshi jee and tells her about ishita health. Toshi jee and mr bhalla also rushes to bhalla hosue. Doctor arrives and examines ishita..

Raman: is everthing fine doctor..

Doctor: mr bhalla you need to take a good care of her.. she need rest in this state...

Raman: what do you mean by this state???

Doctor: don't you know ??

Raman: why are you playing puzzle game?? Come to the point..

Doctor: she is pregnant and I think as she is not taking rest may be her sleep is not good or her sleep posture is not right therefore she feels pain... you need to be careful.. its harmful for both your wife and your child...I recommend you to have a full check

Raman: child...

Raman was totally shocked... he was not understanding anything... doctor leaves...ishita also wakes up and tries to figure out whats going in raman mind... toshi jee comes.. she rushes to ishita and ask about her health..

Raman: maa ap janti thi kay ishita...

Toshi jee: raman meri baat to sun...

Raman: maa... and leaves..

Toshi jee goes behind raman.. ishita was thinking: raman does not know about my pregnancy... she thinks to know the matter she also follow toshi jee with slow steps...

IN HALL:

Toshi jee: meri baat sun

Raman: kiya maa?? Kiya kehna hai??? Apne meri shadi aik anjaan larki say karwa di... aur wo bhi jo ... I am not understanding anything maa... what is the reason?? Kiya ishita ka kisi kay saath..

Toshi jee slaps him... and says: bus raman...

Ishita listening all this...

Toshi jee: wo tery judwa bhai ki widwa hai...

Raman gets shocked

Toshi jee: haan... Aman tera bhai tha... and tells him all the story...

Raman leaves the house...

Toshi jee: raman... raman...

Toshi jee turns and find ishita standing there.. says: I am sorry puttar.. raman ki taraf say sorry...

Ishita: nahe is ski zaroorat nahe hai... lekin apko sach chupana nahe chahiye tha..

Precap: raman pours all his frustration on ishita...
