I really hope

I know that sometimes it's good to have comedy but I don't understand why there is comedy in such scenes like Raman's. For example I don't understand why when Raman has been badly injured they put comedy in it via the injection scene.

I just really hope that at the scene of the accident it is serious!

Whenever it comes to Raman scenes like this never take off. Meaning no one ever really deeply worried for Raman. It might just be me but I feel this. I mean why can't they be as serious as they were when Ishita got injured in the earthquake?

Does anyone agree?
