There is nothing wrong if raman gives his business to ishita but problem lie he didn't consider mihir once because he said many time that mihir is like his son and his right hand so from that pov he was wrong

Mihir didn't ask he is blind follower of raman and ishita but rinki has all right because she is thinking practically

Like this mihir will never ever grow up in professional life It's better to set him free than binding him like this

It's not like raman is some outsider but he is her brother

First of all, it's NOT a family business, Raman solely earned it. Raman's siblings have no right claiming their shares . Even if Raman hadn't transferred ownership to Ishita, only Ishita, Ruhi and Adi would have equally inherited the company if anything would happen to him. Bhallaji have definitely over-reacted given the fact that he knows how immaturely Rinki is behaving these days. Just a day ago, he himself was pissed off at her when she was bunking the Puja ceremony at Raman's office. He also witnessed half of the incident which might have done the damage. Still he is one of the most sensible persons on the show, this type of harsh reaction was not expected from him when he knew how Raman and Ishita both literally dedicated their lives for the family.

Anjs... I find it absurd the way Rinki was behaving with Raman & Ishita.. She was acting more like she was drugged or hypnotized ... the old Rinki .. the one who we were introduced to .. wasn't a hyper one..

The questions/doubts she had were quite valid but the way she asked wasn't... I would wonder what would Toshiji's reaction would be .. had she been around during the entire mess..

Other than for mr.Bhalla's presence .. I find his angle of the story too stupid to think about.. my neighbor who doesn't even follow the show.. casually said.. have Simmi & Romi got some kind of mouth infection ? Can't they inform him, what happened earlier .. this was the observation of a person.. who watched the show for 10 mins..
