First of all, it's NOT a family business, Raman solely earned it. Raman's siblings have no right claiming their shares . Even if Raman hadn't transferred ownership to Ishita, only Ishita, Ruhi and Adi would have equally inherited the company if anything would happen to him. Rinki being an educated person is behaving like a stupid here.

Bhallaji have definitely over-reacted given the fact that he knows how immaturely Rinki is behaving these days. Just a day ago, he himself was pissed off at her when she was bunking the Puja ceremony at Raman's office. He also witnessed half of the incident which might have done the damage. Still he is one of the most sensible persons on the show, this type of harsh reaction was not expected from him when he knew how Raman and Ishita both literally dedicated their lives for the family.
