It's natural to have differences in bringing up a child. Even in my house my mother and father would both have different opinions when I had to take a decision. Of course then in a lot of cases they would be on the same page too. Ishita is right in being cautious and especially when she gets repeated complains from other parents. Raman in his own way finds it fine to let him watch an 'action' movie because stopping him would only make him curious and do stuff behind their back.

But definitely he's taking it lightly and needs to get stern with Adi before he takes his father's love for granted which children unintentionally do. What Adi is doing is what all kids do, irrespective of who their birth mother is. Like Krishy said here, Ishita learnt her lessons and the boundaries she would not cross when dealing with Adi. It's time for Raman to learn his lesson, to know how to broaden his boundaries while dealing with Adi. When the couple agree on one thing and let it be known to Adi it'll have more of an effect on him. Now he thinks he can attempt whatever he wants and even if Ishima gets angry Dad will handle.

Very very interesting track. The creatives have so much to churn out with realistic issues, no need for leaps and ugly tracks to get trp's.

P.S - I find it so cheap and downright hopeless that every track, dialogue, scene and character is mocked on this forum no matter what. If you do not like the show and the leads. Find the female lead a witch and male lead a monster..Why watch their Mohabbatein at all? There is a lot of interesting stuff waiting for you on Indian TV, leave this dysfunctional story for us measly people to enjoy😛

If Raman confronts him Adi wud start do things at his back for sure.Guys have this tendency to go against their Dads easily, but when it comes to mother guys will listen to them since they have more patience & tolerance in dealing kids.

Good to see that they are actually focusing more on this plot - just because a mother and father realised their folly and made up and just because a teen too accepted the apology of his mom doesnt mean things get rosy.

Parenting a teen is one crazy mess and so I am glad they are showing the growing pains in the way they are.

Ishita is bound to get crazy if she keeps on getting complaints about her son and Raman, while he said that he too needs to know how to parent a teen is still being lackadaisical in his approach. I suppose he finds its not wrong for a boy to watch an action movie and so once again he plays the cool dad, however when things escalate and if that earlier spoiler of that po*no CD comes true, would love to see how Raman deals with it - cause that so cannot be brushed under the carpet with a simple - oh come on, he is a chid and will make mistakes thing, cause that is huge, no matter what. No parent can take it lightly that their preteen/teen child is watching blue films or may want to watch one.

Plus, I dont know why but I think Vinnie would be shown as the one instigating Adi to watch an A rated movie perhaps by making it seem like a matter of pride and dare, that if he aint a baby he wont squirm to watch one - something again very real and relevant and not to mention going against the norm and yet not crazy - girls too can be rebels in this age and its not always the boys who can be the ones to go astray all on their own, as Vinnie does seem like one to me and contrary to whats always thought in such cases that the boy is the bad influence, here it would be the girl which is in a way refreshing to see.

But at some point Raman will have to confront him. If he doesn't... even that will be taken for granted by Adi. Raman is liberal so allows some fun and mischief, but there will be a point where he'll have to raise his voice and change his dealing with Adi.

Just saying. There are people on this forum who watch this show for the story and because they love BOTH the leads and have no singular favourites. So stop creating fan wars by mocking our opinions on the 'characters' by calling it favoritism. Mature viewers do exist after all.

Anku...great write up! So many people I know of all ages are enjoying this track because it's telly standard masaladar stuff but it's real. There are flawed leads that are on a journey that every couple with children faces. No two children are alike either - so some may think Adi is being too rebellious given his history, but really what I see right now is antics of a normal teenage boy who was brought up in a lenient environment. My brother who has a pretty good head on his shoulders has often gotten in trouble like Adi, but he's doing great right now.

No character here is ill-intentioned. There is no "villain." This is a great reflection of life, and I really hope they keep it that way. Where all characters learn & grow together. No one person has the right answer to life, and so far that's what I'm seeing with this refreshing track.

I really love what the CVs are doing so far, even though there are some flaws in execution, and I seriously hope they keep up this pace. 😳

Parenting differs from house to house and here IshRa are dealing it their own way. More than all this one needs to understand that these dialogues are given by the CVs. Just because they are your favs you are not going to justify their every action as fans. Most of us had an issue after their fight but we felt yesterday's conversation dealt all of it and gave a good closure. Why is that some people have to watch the show and criticise on every single aspect even if it is widely appreciated. If you really can't accept something and have so much issue might as well quit instead of preaching about going ignorant and being selective
