Excellent post Leo😳
Aargh, I wish I wasn't so busy today, because it seems like an episode I could write a lot about... Anyway, I agree with whatever you said...
But you made a statement Raman is ready, Ishita is not... I have a different take on that (I have only read the WU, so if the episode showed any nuances in their expressions, I don't know)
Raman being ready to take their relationship to the next level, and Ishita not being there is something I agree with. BUT, I don't think today was about that. Although soaps end up equating physical intimacy with the need to procreate, I think today wasn't that.
I think it was about Raman wanting Ishita to have that feeling of completeness which he thinks would be necessary for her absolute happiness. And somewhere, I think Ishita doesn't need that anymore. She may be hesitant to become intimate with him (for any reason, but that doesn't matter here), but I don't think she feels she needs to have her own child any more.
I am not sure what anyone else thinks about this, but if what I think is true, then I do feel like they are the Raman I loved and Ishita I admired a long time ago.
