Reports probably got exchanged now. Plus if you have cancer it won't always come in blood reports. So in any case or they want they can revisit the track. For now they are probably rethinking it

Mihika calls ACP and tells him how can you get Adi at home like this. Adi is just a child. His friends lied to him so how is this his fault. ACP says I was just doing my duty but she keeps reprimanding him and he thinks I never answered my boss and I have to do it to her.

At Bhalla house, in the morning.. At breakfast table Raman is hinting at Ishita to cool down but she's miffed. Simmi informs Raman that she'll join the program he told her about. The family is happy.

Adi asks Raman what he should to do to manao Ishita. He says take the risk of asking forgiveness. Adi goes and says sorry, doing sit ups .. Ishita says she's forgiven him but as a mother she needs to take care of his well being. What he does. Asks him to take care of the friends he makes because they define you. Raman also apologizes to her and then tells Adi well done, ab tumhari life mai sirf buddhe hi honge.

Ishita goes to drop Adi to the science class.

No they never see logic or look back into track.

They will do cancer checkup through thermometer also 🤣

I am not trusting the creatives. This report issue has played out like this for Ishita to know just how scared Raman gets when anything happens to her. It could still play out like the article says. But YES it's also very possible that they are going to think over a change in the story. And this report issue could be revisited with another twist to the tale.
