I was just blown away at your moment by moment break down of the scene when the blast happened till the look of shock in Ruhi's eyes...as you highlighted so perfectly why that whole scene was so pivotal to the story and marks a watershed moment as far as the kids and Shagun's equation is concerned...When the promo aired and also the earthquake and fire snippets were shown in the news media ..I was gearing up for another melodrama🤢...but then when I watched the episode...I was amazed by the storytelling as it reminded me of the layered writing YHM used to have before...this was me before I read your post.
And then the nuances of small moments or reactions you pinpointed in your post...just elevated the scene a few notches up for me...and I was just in awe. Hence the request...because this post was needed in a forum where unfortunately the female lead gets more flack than the female antagonist😕...and one of the most hurtful ones is related to her tag "Ishima" ...and what you wrote there needs to be read by everyone who mocks her or who feels Shagun is vilified just to glorify her. Thanks for highlighting why Ishita WILL ALWAYS be a better mother than Shagun...even without Ishita's so called glorification.

@bold - I was on the same boat like why are they doing this you know it seemed like another TRP gaining stunt to me to be honest but then the episode aired and all that I was aware of thanks to articles and OLVs didnt matter - what mattered was that I saw a pair of kids scared and struggling for their lives there and two women - one of them happened to be a mother and it just touched my heart.
As for defending Ishita, any time...honestly I dont get the hate for her too - why is the fact that she is a mother even without giving birth ridiculed in such an obnoxious manner it makes no sense to me 😕
