It's possible that she knows that he may or may not know that she doesn't know, if she is considering to give him the benefit of the doubt.
See, he knows what he knows but she doesn't. And he knows that she doesn't know what he knows since he didn't have the time to let her know what he knows. But, if she knows from past experiences that her husband is known to pulling such stunts then she might know that there's more to what she knows. But she can't be sure whether Raman knows that she may or may not know what he knows or what he thinks she knows!
