CVs are a confused lot. RKB was unable to land himself a decent job and resort to working for Khannas bcoz Malhotra spoilt his reputation and goodwill in the market. But now the client are working with Khannas and the Khanna bros are thriving only coz of RKBs goodwill. 😲😆

YHM CVs are delusional. The transformed big businessman Raman to a high level employe. Then made him jobless with no reputation. And, now he is again a top noch employe (CEO) with so much reputation that he's the reason for Khanna group's survival. I'm sure in near future Raman will again become a businessman. This is called daily soap's circle of life. 😆

When Raman was looking for a job, I had askedy brother who is from the corporate world regarding Raman unable to find a job for himself inspire of so much of accolades, awards and goodwill in the market. He told me -- " Raman's mettle is known by everybody so believing Malhotra's words is not going to happen but still he will not be offered one job as he is just an employee whereas Malhotra is big.. Nobody would like to become enemies with Malhotra, a big fish in the market for a small fish like Raman by employing him. Raman will not get job in Delhi but outside Delhi, he will be lapped up. "

So when Khannas hired Raman, other business people were glad and never questioned Raman.
