As far as Subbu is concerned, she must have met him via Bala as they have known each other since they were 15 years old.

We have to assume that after he broke up with her he must have moved to Chennai and practise dentistry there.

But the dog walker said that his boss Subbu the dentist was living in a flat somewhere close by, whereas the guy that Sujata cow sent them to meet was in hotel (was he living there or just there for a meeting?) And they went all over town to find Ruhi, so how rich is Subbu the dentist and how many houses does he have???

I seriously sort of want Subbu to be going through a divorce & his genius mom tells him about how Ishita helped Raman get Ruhi's custody by marrying him. Like I wanted him to be grey, but this would also be kinda fun to watch & really brings into play the state of Raman & Ishita's marriage.

So now people want to see Ishita Subbu pairing!!! Why have this frigging show for 18 months then?

She absolutely detests Iyer family. She must have just slipped her tongue about the current state of affairs and he or MML would have come come up with this super stupid plan.

You also get questions like...

If Raman didn't have kids would he have married Ishita knowing the truth? That would have happened only if they fell in love before marriage. Considering how particular Toshiji is about carrying their legacy, she would have never agreed to the allaince.

Was it really a moment of connection to Ruhi or a stronger desire to become a mother post adoption rejection that lead Ishita to marry a man she hated? Or did she even then see an ounce of good in him as he was open to the marriage for his daughter?

For this I feel the connection with Ruhi forms a major part coupled with rejection. She fell in love with her and also the circumstances surrounding Ru at that time made her marry Raman. I don't think she must have thought of Raman at any given time during the whole marriage scenario as no girl would like to marry a guy who insulted her in every possible way.

If trapped from all sides & depending on who the target of NGOS lady & Subbu is, would Ishita choose Ruhi over Raman or would Raman choose Ishita's happiness with Ruhi over his marriage?

This would be interesting to watch. The fight of a mother and wife.

And we get a follow up track where the question of balance between a parent & spousal role comes to play. 👍🏼

We all know the answers to these questions based on our viewing, but have we ever seen them come to play on screen? It maybe sloppily executed but we can have some great discussions from it sort of like Adi's scene today!

Sometimes it's just hard to find the thoughtfulness amidst all the bullsh*t, but I think it's there and with some sense of honest to goodness intentionality. 👍🏼

Plus my scenario is totally up the woman empowerment ally. This would be a time for Ishita, a woman rejected for an inability to conceive, to tell the world that she is much more than her physical ailments. That she too deserves to be in love and be loved.

It's also a chance for Puttar to shine and prove he loves her not just for her acts but for her pure soul. That he is with her regardless of her abilities. Additionally, he knows she can conceive, but he has never proded her about it. He does respect & love her for who she is.

God this is such a potentially beautiful story for this couple.

If I can get even one ounce of honest emotion in a majority of the episodes, I can cope with the illogical "creative" liberties!
