Just bcz he is soft does not mean he is not a professional... He speaks nicely with everyone but not once has he compromised on work, its not like he says tu jaa i will manage... You don't need to be all strict to be good at your work...ppl like bally are my only corporate hope, i can't let him go...he is gonna take gurti's place so he is the incharge...

And also they hv the techie person in Ashwini, someone who takes Bally's place needs to be finance or mid-way; i don't knw, i hv no clue on deployment

Why are you saying please to me...Nish ko bol...ho jae aunty der will be ego clashes that wil be fun too but all this will mean alot of office, im not sure if v wil get soo much of office with enough time to all these characters... I want more of RB, II so eventually im not much bothered abt the manager

He is very soft spoken is what I felt... I like that too..

I have no clue about work in a corporate set up or in an administrative set up...been unemployed...Cant comment much..

Taara the fact is 4 months the project is going downhill u replace folks, you work 24/7, u get developers who developed the product on site u cannot even think of watching a TV serial..been there done that 😳 you have VP engineering calls from all around the globe when a big customer and a potential for more customer is in troubleand there is no solution.

He is a nice guy but a manager is one who doesnt let dates slip and no matter what the pressure wont leave the team till the project is stable.. so gurti no gurti Bally is no saint he wants to move up leaving the troubled project behind 😆 i am surprised he didnt tell II earlier

and no i am with KMPG - she had a doubt but trust me software that is built and used in production cannot be that rotten its not a baniye ki dukan anymore all the companies that come up with a product cant exist in business if the product is real crappy takes minimum 2 years to develop and test Vs Excel corp run by baniyas like chachus with old hardware 😆
