Thank you so much for this post giving insight into ramans plight
Wit a fear of being stereotyped here it's noticed mostly that the male leads feel no emotions. N my only concern wit te writers of this show is why do ul show ishita sensitive to all but her husband. Even yest m sure ramans body language n drunk state n replies said a lot. Why show Raman in a total contrast to where he started. Why can't they show him The real RKB the 11pm one not a make shift fitted for TRp 7.30pm male statue.
Coming to the episode Raman is living in purgatory
This track started wit a noble intention of a father wanting to hv his most affected child of his parents divorce under the safe cocoon of a very abled ishita to take his Broken son and nurse him with tender love care like a a mother wud like she did for his ruhi. He knew come wat ishita will never Ill treat m use adi for her gains like shagun
For tht matter he chose to hid the deal of 4lacks per month
Pardonable ? I wud say tht sooner or later he wud mention it. A man always accused directly or indirectly of being te cause of his wife's misery chose to keep one away. Was he wrong? Probably as a parent ya but the intention was not.
When ishita eloped wit ruhi all he hoped was their safety not once did he accuse her. He lost his world again his life was crumbling again wen he found them he was relieved. Again this track of eloping n coming does hv missed parts. However.
Raman tried to make things right for ruhi n wen Vora letter came n he was on cloud 9 his bubble burst his teen son was contemplating suicide. Wat a blow to any parent that their child is contemplating suicide n te reason is Somewere the parent n his feeling of being unwanted that's a terrible feeling to experience,
It's psychologically proven tht the rate of suicide is higher in this age grp also wen the person has a history of emotional disturbance. For adi it is some one who's was living for the 1st 6 years of his life in a environment filled wit love in the cocoon of home safety. He was pulled out of if to unsurity for the nxt 6. All he knew was his father was horrible human and so was his family his onli family was his mother shagun. However he wanted his mother father again he reliased tht aftr the ashok incident he was a pawn in his mothers game to win a life tht she can enjoy. Now wen he's realising he can get back his home father sister n extended fly he is hit wit the reality that Somewere he is the cause his kid sister is away. Wen ur attachd to someone(shagun) n learn u were wing used u break n Thts wat is happening to him. So much emotional trauma n he NEEDS ishita aunty Raman n bhallas collectively to help him out n live a life her truly deserves. However evil he has been in the past the circumstances made him act so n he wasn't thinking straight.
Ruhi got all nurturance from the bhalla clan n protection from te big bad world tht adi didn't get post moving out.
Raman wen he entered his room yest his body language showed he was in for a conversation. Wen Ishita spoke of ruhi comin back he said sorry I FELT THAT SORRY WAS THE STARTING OF RAMAN GOIMG TO SPEAK TO ISHITA OF ADIS MENTAL STATE AND SUICIDAL TOUGHTS. But BFr he cud continue further ishita apologised n spoke n moved toward the couch wit the paper. He cud hv pursued the matter further but Here ramans rational mind gave up.
Wat he did yest may be seen as a way to distract ishita to get the papers or as his way to feel tht love and warmth one last time BFr hell wud break loose the nxt morning. He was so broken yest tht all he wanted was a few minutes of love to fell good. Tht things will get back to normal.
Don't we all feel low horrible and need some sort of comfort? So is Raman na. Ppl say he used/ tricked ishita agreed but can any one question the love the guilt n need of being lioved in those eyes, tears and face? I doubt. Ishita will feel cheated n may fear intimacy is yet to see but she can fr sure feel the difference between the feel a person gves. Tht award night ramans intimacy attempt and lasts nights are by far differnt by a yardstick.
Ishita on the other hand surrendered herself to her husband so innocently. Raman has nvr experienced such love so pure.
Raman started this mess n Raman will only clean it. He lives for his children n loves both equally. Every parent prioritises the sick child more than the stronger one. A talk work ruhi about how this is will help but thn this is a show n has to go on so for drama this logical step will be ignored. N the more u feel for ruhi the trps help. Tht the catch.
I hope as a viewer there is some sensibility that can be shown as uneducated masses worship the leads.
Hv the leads making mistakes as this makes them near to raealuty but gve them a chance to mend it.
I really hope atleast for a few days Raman gets some real happiness in his life in the fom of his wife n kids BFr tragedy strikes in the form of nxt track.
