Raman noticed that neither his family nor aarav knew what to say to each other and start the conversation so he knew he had to break the ice between them . he had told his family all about aarav he knew that how he was ishita's adopted son who lived wid her since 1 year and how much he loved her and supported him too against his own mom.

At that time however he felt it wud be good if they start from the very start. Raman started- " hey people , chalo lets start wid the introductions first and then we will continue. This is ladies and gentlemen aarav , our in house champ and rockstar who is damn smart and intelligent. Now u people can give ur intros to him.. go on."

He signaled his family members who understood how they had to get aarav at ease. Madhu and appa spoke up first saying- " hello aarav , we are ur mom's parents , ishita ke amma and appa."

Finally aarav spoke up- " hello actually vanakkam since u r south Indians na , mom is south Indian I knw that's why she makes so nice food and has so long hair."

Madhu and vishwa were happy and surprised, madhu said- " yes yes aarav u r right. We are madrasi and it was nice to know that u knw our language thoda thoda, u r so sweet kanna , god bless u."

Even appa spoke up-" hmm madhu is right, u r very like ishu too, so smart and so respectable in talking ,god bless u beta really."

Aarav was happy to hear these words from her from elders as he had never seen or felt any other person's love apart from his mom. He smiled and said- " thank u so much , Mujhe bhi aapse baat karke bohot achche laga." But before he cud say anything , toshiji shouted in her own element- " oyeee"

Aarav's attention moved to a plump, short lady and he knew it was his mom's mummyji, toshiji said- " yeh madrasan toh kuch bhi bolti rehti hai , main hun puttar teri mom ki mummyji , woh meri bahu hai aur beti bhi aur yeh jo hain na yeh hain mr bhalla , mere husband te teri mom ke father-in-law. Samjha puttar ? hum toh Punjabi hain , full on zor se bolte hain aur hamesha hyper rehte hain , yeh jo tere bagal mein baitha hai na yeh merea puttar, mere liye khotte di khur. Teri mom na puttar ab inn madras maa baap se zyaada humein pyaar karti hai aur woh bhi poori punjaban ho gayi hai ." and then she took a break to catch her breath.

On other side aarav was surprised that how cud someone speak so much in one go and that too so fast and inside he as laughing seeing toshiji's hilarious condition while catching her breath. In th meanwhile mr bhalla took over the screen and told aarav- " oh puttar tu inhe chod yeh hamesha aise hi rehti hain , tu ghabra na yeh jo mr and mrs iyer hain yeh teri mom ke maa aur papa hain aur main aur toshiji uske saas aur saurji hain. Par hum ishita ko maa baap ki tarah hi pyaar karte hain na toh yeh aise bol rahi thi , tu confuse na ho."

Mrs bhalla smacked him- " haan haan toh main bhi to yeh kaha si na ishita humari bhi beti hai."

Mr bhalla- " par toshiji aapke samjhane ka tareeka sahi nahi tha, bachcha hai woh."

Mrs bhalla- "oh sarry sarrry puttar , tu ghabraya toh nahi na." and then aarav saw mr and mrs bhalla started fighting among themselves and he had to stop them at last saying- " ok ok aap lado mat plz , main aap dono ki baat achche se samajh gaya aur aap chaaron bohot cute ho aur meri mom ko bohot pyaar karte ho. Mom is so lucky ki unhe 2-2 mummy papa mile hain."

Elders were happy to see how smart and understanding aarav was so they just blessed him and then the youngsters of the house pushed the elder away as thye wanted their own seat to talk to aarav. Bala vandu and mihir mihika took their turns first.

Vandu- "hey aarav , I am vandita ur periamma as in ur mom's elder sis and he is bala , my husband and ur periappa ,ok?"

Aarav- "yaaa I knw mom used to tell me abt each one of u , u both are teachers na?"

Bala- "ya we are , u r so smart aarav, u remember us so well . so glad to talk to u."

Vandu- "ya me too , u r too smart ,better than ur mom even."

They all laughed and then mihika started- " hey dude, I am mihika , ur chitti ur mom's younger sis and he is mihir ur chittappa. Ok?"

Aarav- "ya I knw u r d one na who used to get mom ready according to latest fashion trends for parties?"

Mihika proudly- "yaa I am"

Aarav- "mom used to say u are her best friend."

Hearing this tears welled up in mihika's eyes but she swallowed them and said- " haan woh toh main hun , but u r sooo cute and handsome aarav. Tum toh abhi se in saare hot ladkon ko takkar doge, what say jeeju?" she asked raman

Raman- " ya pakka , main toh ise aksar bolta hun ki I feel so inferior in front of u." and they laughed.

Aarav asked mihir- " u r mihir chachu too na? mom told me u and romi chachu are like her younger brothers though u r dad's bros in actual."

Mihir and romi got emotional hearing dis and mihir said- " hmm ur mom is 100% right. She is our sister first and then our bhabhi. Btw these guys are right, u r indeed handsome aarav."

Aarav beamed and then simmi and rinky gave their intros and told aarav how they and ishita used to behave like college friends together. then romi and sarika came forward and aarav was intrigued on seeing baby ishaan who was just a year old.

Romi tried to bring in some humor and said- " kya champ all these people here are saying na that u r handsome , let me tell u secret behind that. Actually u have inherited my as in ur romi chachu's look and thus u r soo handsome. Bol manta hai na."

Raman showed mock anger and aarav laughed seeing everybody's reaction on his chachu's joke. Before he cud say anything , mihika chipped in- " oh hello mr itna udo mat , aarav has got jeeju's looks not ur ok?"

Romi- "na he has my looks , bhai ki aisi looks kahan?"

Mihika- "no not at all , jeeju say something na here I am fighting for u and u.."

Raman- "haan haan my saali is always right , he has my looks and romi beta thappad khayega tu , abhi ya baad mein?"

Romi continued arguing but sarika stoped him saying- " mihika is right, aarav has bhai's looks itna udiye mat plz." Romi gave up and everybody started laughing seeing his expressions even aarav cud not help himself and burst out laughing.

Finally everyone went inside and ruhi, adi and ananya came infront of the screen. Before any of them cud say something aarav spoke out- " hey main guess karoon? I knw u all, plz."

Raman told him to go ahead. Aarav said- " u are aditya , she is ananya and u r ruhi right?"

He was bang on and kids were happy and said- "we knw u are aarav."

And what followed for the next few minutes was the best convo one cud ever witness and at that point raman realized why kids are god's angels. They are pure, loving and truthful.

Kids talked abt their likes, dislikes, ishita, school and anything they cud think off. Finally raman had to stop them as it was near to 11 at night. While he was abt to log off , ruhi asked him- "papa aap aur ishima ghar kab aa rahe ho? Aapne mujhse promise kiya tha na? I really miss ishima." There were tears in her innocent eyes which made aarav sad as well as guilty.

Raman was at a loss abt what to say as he surely cud nt lie and he himself did nt knew when he wud take ishu back home. He just said- "soon beta very soon, I know my promise and I will fulfill it. Just take care of everybody and urself. Papa and ishima will be back soon."

Ruhi- " ok bye papa, take care, bye aarav."

Raman and aarav- "bye ruhi."

They logged off and then raman told aarav to get ready for night while he himself locked up the doors, checked the kitchen and heated up milk for aarav. When he came out from kitchen he saw aarav sitting gloomily and thoughtful in the drawing room and wondered what happened to him now. He went to sit beside him asked aarav- " hey champ kya hua? Koyi problem? Missing mom again?"

Aarav-" no not really. Was just thinking ki mom kitni lucky hain na , she has such a big loving family. She has 2-2 moms and dads and so many brothers , sisters and kids who love her. She has u who love her sooo much. She is really so lucky."

Raman understood aarav was missing a family and he replied- " and aren't u lucky aarav? That u got ishita as ur mom who loves like all family members?"

Aarav- " ya I am mom mujhse bohot pyaar karti hain. Par aapne dekha ruhi mom se kitna pyaar karti hai na, she was missing mom so much matlab mom bhi use itna hi miss karti hongi lekin meri wajah se woh ek saal se ruhi aur aap se alag hain, I am so bad na?"

Raman was surprised how cud aarav think that way, he eased him saying- " haan ruhi aur ishita dono ek doosre se bohot pyaar karti hain but tum aur ishita bhi ek doosre se bohot pyaar karte ho , ruhi se zyaada shaayad. Aur haan mom tumhari wajah se ruhi se door nahin thi, woh meri wajah se door thi . I am the guilty here so punish me , nt yourself."

Aarav cud see raman welling up and angry on himself and he jumped up saying- " nahi aapne kuch nahi kiya , u love mom sooo much . aapse mistake hi toh huyi thi, mom will forgive u as she also loves u very much par main yeh soch raha tha ki..."

Raman smiled saying- " thanks 4 understanding me so well aarav par kya soch rahe the tum? Speak up?"

Aarav- "main yeh soch raha thi ki jab mom aapke saath ghar waapas jaayengi toh kya hoga? Mera kya hoga? Aapke family members Mujhe apna lenge kya? Will I also get a family like ruhi and adi bhaiya? Will I get so much love like all other kids? Will I be able to call u DAD ever?"

Raman was shocked to hear aarav's insecurities. He had never even wondered how aarav must be feeling and how unsure he wud be abt his future , whether bhalla family will accept him or he will have 2 part from her mom?

This question was indeed too much for anyone and aarav was after all just a kid. Raman felt guilty he never tried to understand aarav's fears better but he knew now was his chance he said- " yeh kya keh raha hai aarav, u r nt only ishita's son u r my son too since d day u brought me home and loved , cared and respected me u r my son too so u will call me DAD like ru and adi and ya their family is ur family too. Tumhe woh sab milega jo aadi aur ruhi ke paas hai , tum mein aur ruhi mein koyi farak nahi hoga mere aur ishita ke liye. I promise. Tum kabhi scohna bhi mat kit um apni mom se alag hoge becoz I can't live without u, samjhe?"

Aarav , for the first time felt deeply loved and cared for and just asked- " pakka?"

Raman- " pakka promise 100% , likh ke doon?"

Aarav- no need

And they started laughing. They moved to bedroom and as they were abt to call , the call they had expected came as raman's mobile screen displayed- ISHITA CALLING.
