Ishita's action then cant be called out of impulse there was still logic in it as she had all reasons to believe that her father is ruthless and doesnt love Ruhi and more importantly she was unaware about reality then which is not the case currently and bak then she was accused of kidnapping ruhi when she had informed about her whereabouts to the family which lead to shagun taking away Ruhi from bhallas and raman and she was hurt by the humiliation her family had to go through even after informing bhallas about ruhi so she acted that way but currently she is purely acting as a protector to ruhi

@Vee - what happened in the OLV? I've been too lazy (and scared) to search the forum for OLV updates...

Also - have you ever had a day where you just need a good cry? Well I have them rarely but today just had one of those days...so I rewatched this week's episodes (bc I watched them pretty hastily all week) and had a nice glass or so of wine, which made life all better. #so many feels

On Holi...it was adorable because I noticed how Raman/KP was playing with Ruhi...such a change from last year! Minus the romance, I think watching that interaction stole the episode for me.

For not being parents in real life, KP & DT beyond convincing on screen! Plus in terms of casting, Ekta did a FANTASTIC job because Adi & Ruhi actually have similar features to Raman & Shagun, which I haven't really seen happen in other desi shows.

Well the latest olv, it seems like Ishita changes her mind. Ruhi and Ishita get into an accident and Mihika saves them. I think this track was added to incorporate DT's real life injury.

Same boat about OLVs my dear... I don't need more sadness from the OLVs... or the comments on the forum. I prefer my little bubbles in the threads and FFs, so much safer... generally.😳

Since you started with Mindy, let me contribute two more GIFs as to my thoughts on the .. ahem... others...

Good on you for re-watching... i don't know if I can bring myself to rewatch the painful episodes just yet... not until we are back in a more stable happier ISHRARU zone... yes I'm emotionally weak!😳

And the casting I agree... DIVAN and their natural chemistry with ode kids and the casting of the children is perfection...during the 'Adhi the villan' track my mom kept saying 'why did they make such a cute little boy so devious'... 🤣

Hopefully now, all those actors are put in good use on a plausible, believable and teachable track about the complications and effects of divorce, custody and step parenting on minor children. As heart wrenching as this track is it's the most 'real' we've gotten in a while and deals with the sort of issues that made us all start watching in the first place. It could be good. It could be great. If done right... because they certainly can't blame the actors for their ability.😊

The olvs - Ishita was running away from police but now a new one where Mihika finds her, so I guess she will go back home. That's when it gets interesting right. How will Raman react after the emotional storm he has been through?

Yes, wonderful. Casting. Wish Ekta had left clothes alone though, after destroying the Indian TV industry. Imagine all the women who are. Now going to go around dressed like Kekta bahus and vamps. W*F.

I dont know if my translation will make sense to you...anyways will try...as I said the situation is different but it implies the depth of relationship and bonding between mother and daughter.

Even in that story, the mother isnt a biological mother but is deeply attached to her daughter. Its a beautiful film that depicts that a woman doesnt have to give birth to become a mother in real sense. I always remember that movie when I see Ishita and Ruhi! ❤️

This song comes after a fight between the mother and daughter. The daughter is angry and away from the mother.

I'm full on devdas zone of wine, rum and bailey's .. I just needed it to zone out of the toll the last few episodes has taken on me.. It's hard when you're a parent to not feel empathy for both Ishita and Raman as also Adi and Ruhi..as Anu put it, it gets as real as it can get...I know few have taken break this week as they can't handle the raw emotions of the episodes...and yet I want the Cvs to take it to proper culmination and not take a short cut as it has turned into a very important track vis a vis Ishra's relationship and this time switching gears into something light will not do.

I read some posts today and gad commented.. I plan to read the rest of them tomorrow morning if my head doesn't hurt too bad.

I know KP will kill us in that ridiculous morgue scene.. 😭

At least now we know Mihika finds her, so no ridiculous leap will happen. Am waiting for the Ishra confrontation after Raman gets put through the emotional wringer. Hope cvs do justice to it.
