I think she'll believe him till they're fighting together to save Ruhi from leaving. BUT if Ruhi goes away Ishita's going to be in a mess, obviously. And hence in that mental state she may hold him responsible for the mess, may distance from everyone including him etc. But I think she won't think Raman can exchange his kids. She'll definitely know that in the back of her mind.

There's every possibility of misunderstandings and strains in the relation now. It's the biggest ever thing to happen on the show. But I don't think she'll doubt him for a long time or at all.
