Anu I concur with you, Puttar turning his back on Adi is going to be hurtful to watch but it is a necessary evil, he needs to send a message to Shagun that his entire family is as important to him as Adi and that she can't use Adi as her trump card.

More importantly now Adi is a little mature and has for the very first time in his adoloacent life lived with his family. He now sees what it means to have a loving family, a a doting father, a selfless mother and unrelenting love from grandparents, uncles and aunts. He now sees Raman through his own eyes without Shagun's colored prism so this custody case is going to be interesting to say the least.

I am exited to see how they deal with it.

@ Anu n Payal, my feeling is Adi will take this as an abandonment. Maybe this is the way forward to set up Ishita n Adi bonding.

Anu, loved what you have written.. I agree n I hope that is the way forward. Let's see how the writers take it. Yes, now Shaggy has realised that she cannot use Adi as a hold over RKB. Remember RKB told Ishita he wants to make Adi his strength not weakness !!!

@Suu, I was very very disappointed and hurt on Ishita's behalf when she was referred to as an outsider ! But unfortunately DIL's even if they lay their lives down will always be considered that by some people ! Sad but true fact of life !!!

Yes, Raman turning his back on Adhi is a painful thing for Adhi to witness- but it is a necessary thing for Shagun to witness... to see that her trump card will no longer be as effective in this game, to see that the game itself has changed and the players have gotten smarter and stronger; to see that RKB is finally going to be the father he should have always been to his son and fight to give him the life he deserves... as he has fought to give Ru the life she deserve...

Okay, in my mind this made sense, not sure on review if it does but I think it's decent... this is all based on the pre cap, I'm wondering if the scenes that follow this tomorrow will change my view on this...😳

I concur. It is sad.. but a bitter truth; moreso coz I have actually seen it happen to someone close. Only difference being... it was the SIL and not the MIL saying it. How the hell do you call someone an outsider after she has given 30yrs to your house?

Sorry... deviated from the actual topic... but that bit made me really mad yesterday.

I agree, and it seemed like something they could've easily edited out b/c I doubt they are going to show an actual conversation between Raman and Ishita about why Raman did not defend her.

What that little bit made you feel is that the Bhalla's don't deserve Ishita. It's related to what I mentioned in my post - the CVs included it to show the hypocrisy of the views some families have of their DIL, but they don't follow up with action to support that stance. Thus the entire message is diluted.

It's so frustrating - they include it for the dramatic aspect, but won't show follow up. Instead, they'll tuck it under a rug and bring it out again for more drama (*cough the upcoming male progeny/controversy over Romi-Sarika*). 🤢

Khair chodo, I feel like we just keep going in circles with conversations about this because this is similar to how many of us felt with Raman's sudden 360 earlier in this track! God bless our lovely CVs!

@Suu, unfortunately I was at the receiving end of it myself, from my husband's aunt, my father in law's sister, at the time of my FIL's funeral, and she said it where it was heard by all !!! So I know how hurtful that word is.

Aww becky, I am sorry for that🤗. The person I spoke about is my mom and it was my aunt who said it, right in front of me. So I understand how hurtful it can be too.

Its funny that a minor thing in a fictional show sometimes touches your heart strings. Cv's know best I guess.
