Section 498

There are many different Acts in business law and mercantile law. Section 498 can b found in many of the acts. All the different Acts have their seperate set of sections. there is income tax act, companies act etc. The dowry act u referred will probably fall under the IPC . so v cannot correctly point out if they were right or wrong in saying that saection 498 doesn't exist coz v have no idea of the Act they were referring to.

may be he is planning to winding up...

ashok very well know raman don't have money to start his own business..

he may tease him...and will plan to sell this firm.

This may cause raman to think about take -over ..

so he will strike the right button for take over procedurals...
