"No one is ever quite ready; everyone is always caught off guard.
Parenthood chooses you.
And you open your eyes, look at what you've got, say "Oh, my gosh,"
and recognize that of all the balls there ever were,
this is the one you should not drop.
It's not a question of choice."
Marisa de los Santos
An episode about different shades of parenting.
Yes the anniversary celebration came to an abrupt end as the CVs were in a hurry to open the next track.
I think the track really shifted gears to facilitate Adi and Ishita bonding; prepping Adi to be folded into the Bhalla family and so we see a much normal Adi compared to the one with criminal instincts. It's either the football camp was a character building camp or Logic has gone again to tel lene.
Finally Romi is paying for his past deeds in a way that when he's no more the spoilt brat of Bhalla siblings, yet he's still ostracized by his own family as sort of a non-entity. Romi is understanding the meaning of Karma is a b*. And Toshijee is again in her pushing agenda avatar..why is it so important to get a girl married when she's already pursuing her education?
So again we're standing at another cross road of Ishita v Shagun as parents..And we know what's going to happen tomorrow at the exhibition. Again I think the CVs are revisiting the FL Mahan Abhiyan. No problem so long they don't turn Raman back to side character as often the tendency has been of late. During Ruhi custody track they never kept Raman out of the loop...as close as Ishita and Ruhi was getting...they kept the focus on Raman and Ruhi's relation too. Adi and Raman have still a fractured bond and more than Ishita Adi I would have preferred Raman re-emerging in Adi's life as the primary parent. Maybe it's too early to pass a judgment. I just hope Raman-Adi bonding is not put as secondary.
Raman, Ruhi's reactions to the file deletion was normal...Raman is the CEO of a company and that file deletion put not only him but his entire company in jeopardy. Well we can talk about some technicalities about file recovery from recycling bin...but I can look the other way as it's not a major blooper. And Ruhi being a 7 year old, was obviously scared after Papa's rebuke. One thing I didn't like was Ishita telling Ruhi that Papa is unavailable to help her with project, the night before. Well she's a professional woman herself she ought to know sometimes grown up deadlines really take over and Raman didn't have much of a choice in there.
Talking of choices...So Shagun is all about outsourcing when it comes to actual process of parenting. Why am I not surprised? She outsourced Adi to boarding school when she needed and looks like she's used to outsourcing school projects to others too.
RKB is looking at some rough waters at professional front and guess who were there to enjoy it? I really am hoping Ashok rattles RKB with his taunts tomorrow...I enjoy that more than his "Mihika" jaap.
An episode which didn't have Ishra moment but was ok nonetheless.
