You sound like a child without any idea of what happens in the real world. I have never heard of such a platonic relationship between a husband and wife, unless ofcourse their marriage was in trouble. Physical intimacy is one of the most natural desires humans have. There is nothing despo or disgusting about. If all couples adopted your mindset, the human race would seize to exist.

that time they hated each other...but situation changes dear...and it did, big time for both of them...now both have fallen in love...only confession is pending, but the way they behave confession is also not required...

and also m sure Raman has got the hint that Ishita also wants IT, thats why he is initiating things...
