UNEA (United Nations Environmental Agency) was flummoxed with a recent phenomenon noticed in the Capital region. Oxygen levels in Delhi would keep rising (& falling) every few weeks.
After intense research, it was found that the dense foliage on face of one Mr. Raman Bhalla was responsible for this. The mane on the almost unidentifiable Mr.Bhalla also produces enough pure oxygen to release clouds of salty rains (read tears) every few minutes.

Mr.Bhalla has been adviced by UNEA, to not hinder the unrestrained foliage so as to provide oppurtunities for further research. It was learned that the subject was more than happy to oblige & contribute towards environmental improvement.
