I have not watched YHM for months now because as a veteran of Ekta shows, I know when to leave a show behind. However, I suddenly watched an episode of the show after a long, long time and I was amazed again by Karan Patel's acting.

No matter how much Raman's character is ruined and sacrificed like other Balaji heroes, nothing can successfully overshadow the talent of Karan. He was so effin brilliant in the shouting matches and it felt so real that I couldn't help but comparing him with most other actors on Indian Television who cannot produce one proper expression if their lives depended on it. He is such a natural, raw talent, one of the finest Ekta finds along with Ronit Roy and surely one of the finest actors of Indian Television. No matter how much I despise Ekta, she sure knows how to discover great actors.

True that!!! I lost track if d show.. I stopped watching it n today all of a sudden i watch it n he makes ne think he is real!!! He is shouting sach ein.. Lol.. Brilliabtly put.. Raw talent

He is an amazing actor. I hope u aren't right about Ektas shows though it definitely seems like it at the moment. Love YHM because of KP and DT.

Right now, he is the best actor on TV and he's got another great actress as his partner in YHM. 😛

Lol even that takes an insane amount of talent. As a SRK fan, I don't think his acting is similar but whatever floats your boat. Karan is one of the finest ones of Indian TV and that's obvious enough from every angle. Indian Television has had some fantastic actresses but really few great actors so it's even more awe-inspiring.

He used to be incredibly intense in Kasturi- Robbie was one of the most obsessive Ekta heroes and he was fantastic even then. But his acting has grown even more in YHM, there is a polish to it. You can criticize him all you want I can't care less, but his acting is genuinely great. That is beyond criticism frankly.

The guy is Effing BRILLIANT . I never knew He was succh a good Actor. Never followed kasturi but YHM has been a revealation in terms of Karan's Talent . WOW..

Even today when Ishita utters to Raman "Aap bhi toh Bhaag gaye the"...the change in Expression fromKaran was Master Stroke.

The Guy Understands Subtlety...which very very few Actors Possess.
