Why didn't Ishita respond to Raman's words of promise and love - apart from the innocuous nok jhok bits?

Being moved is one thing but doesn't Raman have a right to some reciprocal reassurance? And doesn't Ishita have all these pent up feelings she wants to share with Raman? Should 't Raman's words yesterday have been the very green light Ishita needed to open up her heart and tell Raman how she feels about him?

I was a little disappointed that they made her look like an inarticulate woman when she isn't! Unless they will show that she was saving her words for when the clock strikes 12 on new year's day...
