Personally I feel the only reason for TRP's rise is the time slot change. If they really dared.. they should show the crisp content as they did in 11pm slot & see how the viewers react, if they don't get good ratings .. then going by the TRP aunties way won't be bad idea.. but even with out experimenting they straight away jumped into TRP aunties content mode.

Gautam Hegde was a freelancer too.. in RR all the writers, CV's & etc were freelancers, I remember Surabh Tiwari mentioning about hiring freelancers for his next show as well

about your point on jassoosi... there could be something there... actually not jasoos part I mean... till Shani arrived Raman was a relatable man... and he actually had a proper personality and role. Whether he did anything good or bad, he seemed like a man next door... I can see how that would appeal to men...

Men don't mind watching realistic shows other than the Action, Mystery, Adventures.. sports and blah blah.. its the kitchen politics which seriously pisses off.. when the kitchen drama happens.. things start becoming unreal, dimaag nehin kaam karta.. they can't see what's in front of them.. stupid hit & misses scenes ...
