VISUALLY it would be a lot comforting to ME if the houses were the same... they took that away as well
With bad emoting, OTT lines, and new look it doesnt even look like the show I fell in love with...

While watching the IshRaRu scene I was like "Awww" but now that i am thinking logically i just imagined my 7 year old cousin in that place, there is no way she would say such stuff, heck she would just be busy enjoying all the goodies coming in her way from her parents!

like dont even get started on the courtroom drama, sersly?? They have so much proof against Shagun btu they choose the dramatic way, she almost slapped Ruhi infront of them to name one! there is so much more proof!
And the precap was 👏 This is why RKB is the most amazing person!

No kidding on bold...

Ishita's silence when it comes to Shagun seems REALLY strange

I mean the woman tried to steal her child... yet Ishita jharo-ed a bhashan about the virtues of a joint family...

I was hoping she would come out and say how unfit of a mother Shagun is

Nope...
Sometimes I feel if Shagun had been a guy, Ishita would have fallen for her

There is no RAGE, or HATRED or ANGER

SO UNREAL

She CLAIMS to love Raman

Acc to the OLVs she is seen fondling his clothes in a week... I am thinking shouldnt she feel PROTECTIVE and POSSESSIVE about the guy?

Why is it ALWAYS about the extended family for her?

what is she able to achieve with her coolness..

its time she doesn't oke her nose into other's issues.. think of her family

PS: Nisha I had written a snippet.. it was first one on your beats... ishita kissing and hugging raman's shirt.. it appeared in OLV.. wonder if cvs visit forum..and check our posts..

Having actually been a spectator to divorced parents and reconnected couples, I can tell you from experience that kids grow up pretty fast. Whether it be the emotional maturity Ruhi shows, or the sort of vengeance Adi shows, it's normal for kids from broken houses. Ruhi's behavior was alright to me, because she has already been there and done that - taken away to Shagun. No, ice cream is not going to be more important to such a child than her parents. She is bloody scared and considers tying herself to her parents a good thing to do. I find that normal for a child like her.

I'm sorry for disagreeing so vehemently with you, but I just feel so strongly about it, probably because it's close to my heart. And yes, I don't mind Ishita's monologue this time - she's right - the kids are growing up pretty fast because of these antics. I can't think of a 12 year old who would frame someone he dislikes for child abuse. The one I know is probably busy playing on his PS4.

Also why, although not so accurate in real life, I also liked Raman's conviction in his words in the precap.

Suraj's head thing looks so fake.

Pls don't get me wrong I am with you on the whole kids grow up fast thing. I am a product of a single mom whose father just up and left never to look back, and believe me I have grown with and am still full of insecurities but the thing is this
This show if it was just a portrayal of Ruhi custody track without all that OTT that came before it then I would have accepted the court room drama and Ruhi's precocious talks
Life is a mess but a portrayal on TV must give us entertainment not headache, we just had. A track on some woman getting raped and the rest better not talk of, is it too much to ask to give your viewers a break
They could have had a Ruhi custody trial - with a meaningful background to it - now it's just OTT hitch pitch!!!

NA
Thank you for sharing your story
I stand corrected

I SOMEHOW get a very uncomfortable feeling every time Ruhi mouths adult lines

I know of many divorced parents in my city
their kids are friends with mine
but Ruhi seems a lil OTT in emotional scenes

Thanks for sharing

I agree.. I see a lot of people doubting whether kids of the age like Ruhi can behave so mature.. but it is a fact that if not all but there are a lot kids who behave and speak very much mature than their age and I can even cite egs... n here Ruhi n Adi r kids who faced n r still facing the dark realities of life just bcoz their parents separated.. so they can be expected to be a little more mature than their in age in their behaviour..
Many also r critisizing Raman for crying too much.. my take is, was he ever shown to be emotionally strong anytime.. he just pretends to be strong in front of everyone.. he was always emotionally weak n instances r innumerable.. so is it wrong if he cries when a situation comes where his daughter can b snatched from him just bcoz of his fault even though it was impulsive.. I see the character Raman as a man of extreme emotions be it anger, love, sadness, happiness, whatever..

I notice yet another contrast...
Earlier at the custody trial Ishita was HONEST
She admitted being drawn to the girl and loving her and feeling a connection to her

Today Ishita made it all about the family and the childs future and emotional well being clap trap

WHY CANT TV FEMALE LEADS BE SELFISH AND yet be loving?

What wud be so wrong if she admitted she loves the child and wud never part with her?

I suspect even with Raman she will never admit how much she desires him
She will let him go if she realizes shagun wants him back
