Scene starts with Ishita and Mihir speaking.

Scene starts with Ishra and Mihir in plane and Raman and Ishita were sitting together with Ishita leabing his head over his and holding his hands.They are speaking romanticly and suddenly flight is jerking suddenly as if its lost balance then they get to know there is some problem and they flight suddenly landed in a open field.

But because of this sudden impact many people got injured and a glass piece broke and enterd Raman's body.

Ishita was shattered seing Raman in that condition.They call emeregency immediately but it is a small town they don't have highly qualified doctors.

Mihir "Bhabhi humey bada hospital lejaaney mey minimum do ghanta kagega kaisey."

Ishita "Raman need surgery immediatly.W ho glass piece usskey dil key pass lagee hain.Shaayad dil ko bhee choorahan hoga.If we remove it he will die and we have to do something immediatly"

Ishita then looking at the operation theatre there.

Ishita "Main Raman ka operation karoongi.There is no other way."

Raman and Mihir are in office and Raman is scolding some one and suddenly he falls down in pain.

Mihir calls Ishita and tells her and Ishita immediately rushes to hospital.Then Ishita goes and meets doctor and attends herself.

Then she comes out shattered.

Mihir "Bhabhi kyaa huan?"

Ishita "Mainey raman ka jaan mushkil mey daldee.Raman merey wajaha sey mauth sey lad rahan hain."

Mihir "Bhaabhi aap bathayiyen tho sahee kyaa huan."
